Terrible UX and extremely buggy
I purchased a gift card. It is not clear where and when I have to redeem this on the app. Once I figured it out, I decided to just test it out on a ticket, to see if it worked. After entering gift card, it automatically confirmed the ticket purchase right away. In other apps, they show a breakdown before actually confirming the booking. But on this app, it just went ahead and booked the ticket without my explicit go-ahead. I lost 500+ bucks in the process.

Avoid Gift Cards! No Cancellation/Refund Policy
Extremely frustrated. I made a simple AM/PM booking error for the 11 PM show instead of 11 AM at INOX Phoenix Mall Wakad.
Even though I reached out 12 hours in advance, the app refuses to cancel or modify my ticket just because I paid with a Gift Card. This is a discriminatory and unfair policy. Other payment methods allow cancellations with standard fees, but Gift Card users are stripped of all rights.
Terrible customer service and rigid app policies. Avoid using Gift Cards on this app!

Very bad sign process, sending OtP each step.. nothing works
Pathetic theatre. Worst experience ever
Better to watch movie at home in 21' tv rather than going this pathetic ghatiya theatre. We go movie to enjoy not to wait for the movie for exact half n hour. Bloody idiot ads for half n hr. I suggest everyone not to watch movie in this ghatiya theatre. I wish it should be shut down very soon.
One more thing i want to add that here the food item are too expensive so i suggest not to have anything here. Better to have outside. Yaha to simple loot maar macha rakhi hai in idiots ne. Taste is also awful.

Doesn’t support for apple wallet
Good app but doesn’t support apple wallet. Sometimes when the signal is weak the app doesn’t load causing issues with retrieval of tickets.
