App is useless - just use the website. Marking the theatres as favorite does not do anything except put a heart next to it. There is no way to just see your favorites or oven get them at the top of the list. You always have to scroll through all the far away theatres or search to find the theatres even though you have it marked your favorites.

Waste of money, they are charging extra for convenience
I booked some shows at the time of cancellation or rescheduling. Their customer support is not helping. They are taking 30% for cancellation, which is not satisfying, therefore, they are helpless to meet the customer expectations
