I am writing to formally lodge an severe complaint regarding the fraudulent, manipulative, and entirely unacceptable service provided by your platform.
When I initially booked my ticket through the BookMyShow app, the booking interface explicitly stated that cancellation was available. However, when my plans changed and I attempted to cancel my ticket a full day prior to the show, your platform completely failed to honor this terms. Worse still, the movie showtime was inexplicably started ahead of the scheduled time.
To obstruct my attempts to resolve this, your platform actively blocked my AI chatbot chat history and deliberately disabled the "Find My Ticket" feature across both your website and official app. Despite multiple attempts to reach customer support, my grievances have been met with complete silence and intentional avoidance.
This practice is predatory, fraudulent, and a direct violation of consumer rights. Hiding user access features and blocking communication history to prevent valid refund requests is unacceptable behavior for an established service.
I demand an immediate, full refund for this booking, alongside an official response detailing why my account features were deliberately restricted. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate this issue to the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and report your misleading practices to regulatory authorities.

I booked for a game night event. When I went to the place, there was no event. The quality of information in the app is very poor.
