Tickets
The app needs to include all show tickets when your pass is being used through friends and family, not just when the ticket is an upgrade like IMAX. Makes it extremely difficult to see when you are at the limit for future shows

The app consistently tries to charge me for individual tickets even though I'm a member of the unlimited program and does not show the full roster of showtimes available on the Regal desktop website.
App won’t show movie times
I don’t usually go to regal and I remembered why, I opened the app to check showtimes and buy tickets but it didn’t show movies or times for today, or any upcoming date. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Still didn’t work. Thankful we have lots of choices of other theaters nearby with apps that allow us to see times and purchase prior to heading out.

A booking fee on top of the ticket price is ridiculous. These are your theaters!
