The app won’t let me sign in
I was able to sign in through the website but the mobile app says I have no account.. this is ridiculous
Booking Fee
Regal should be ashamed of themselves. I’ve been using this app for years and never really noticed the four dollar fee applied to each ticket. This should be a complete crime to the fullest. I’ve been using this app since 2005. A trip to the movies is already pricey to begin with.

App update terrible
The latest update removed the free things uploaded to the card. In previous versions you just click on the Regal member card and any free foods would be listed there. Now that feature is gone so I can’t see anything that resembles that anywhere. Also, when I tried to report that on the app support, that option isn’t one of the categories listed so I can’t ask for support with it. That is so user unfriendly and unacceptable. Whoever comes up with these updates clearly aren’t a user and aren’t aware of how customers are using the app. Please fix this.

Horrible update
This app used to be solid and stable, but each update gets worse and worse. Latest update the worst yet. Unlimited membership QR code no longer is recognized at the theater and available rewards disappeared from the app interface.
Ordering Tickets & Order History
Two stars because to order tickets for Avengers/Dune 3 months ahead you have to keep clicking show more and scrolling down which is really inconvenient.
Additionally on the AMC app they show movie posters in the order history whereas we get bland lines of text that only show 2-3 movies at a time. I should be able to scroll through my movie history for the year and see the poster for every movie I’ve seen this year.

Wow, No more LIFETIME CREDITS
I WAS very happy with Regal tracking my Lifetime Credits, but now they have removed that feature. It was a lot of fun earning credits because of the Lifetime Credit tracking system. But, in reflection, to get a “hotdog” using credits actually costs you $80.00 (8,000 credits)! Regal has gotten very cheap and now you can’t even send feedback (which they never answered anyway) through the app. They never even gave you the credits they offered for watching movies on opening weekends! They couldn’t even give you credits when you used a receipt! Way to go Regal to discourage your “Valued Unlimited Users”!

Poor UX
The Regal app was already painful to use (how is the month not included in the scrolling date carousel??), but the new app update made it worse. Customers can no longer view their rewards and the account number is so faint it’s illegible (and not ADA compliant).
Upgrade removed feature
Just got the new upgrade and now am not able to see the rewards I have redeemed with points, but have not yet used. They used to appear when you flipped the id card around. This helped know what to use at the concessions but now I guess we have to keep track ourselves. The new UI has some good feel to it and more compact, thank you. Hope the feature returns.

Great service, but the app overheats the iPhone 14 Pro Max like crazy.
App Update Doesn’t Recognize Unlimited Members
My Regal App updated today and I tried using the app at a kiosk at two different movie theaters and neither recognized my Unlimited account. One usher said that is happening to every unlimited member. I was told to go to the snack bar to get my ticket. The attendant had to find my account by telephone number. I hope Regal fixes this fast. Frustrating.

The latest update is awful, especially the My Rewards section.
You can no longer view rewards loaded onto your account, nor can you even read the account number when you flip the card.

You broke the app
Whatever update you did has ruined the app and I’m unable to use my points for tickets for this weekend. I was forced to change password from my working password and then my new password doesn’t work.
Edit: ended up having to restart phone after the update , was just frustrating experience when trying to get tickets quickly for the 4DX, thanks for reaching back out

Unbelievable
9 hours after the Dune 3 70MM tickets dropped and the app still doesn’t work. After only a few months ago, when the very same thing happened with the Odyssey. Did you just do absolutely nothing? I guess I’ll just go see it in another format. At AMC.

I am excited to read my inbox for deals. But the inbox doesn’t allow me to open the messages. It started with the update last month

saying out of date
one day i went on the app and it says out of date i thought it was normal so i updated it and it says out of date again i have been updating it for weeks now it needs to be fixed.
