The app needs to include all show tickets when your pass is being used through friends and family, not just when the ticket is an upgrade like IMAX. Makes it extremely difficult to see when you are at the limit for future shows

The app consistently tries to charge me for individual tickets even though I'm a member of the unlimited program and does not show the full roster of showtimes available on the Regal desktop website.
App won’t show movie times
I don’t usually go to regal and I remembered why, I opened the app to check showtimes and buy tickets but it didn’t show movies or times for today, or any upcoming date. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Still didn’t work. Thankful we have lots of choices of other theaters nearby with apps that allow us to see times and purchase prior to heading out.

SOOO buggy! An incredible hassle and unable to even login to my account. I’ve had no issues logging into my account on a browser, laptop, etc. Horrible app - PLEASE FIX THIS!
App Totally Broken For Many, Many Months Or More
And for a company where the App drives business they don’t care. Multiple updates, Not one fixed it. At least two made it worse if possible.

Recent update borked things
The recent update gave incorrect movie times for the theater I gone to and it will not allow me to log into my account. I had to use my mobile browser to use my rewards and earn rewards. This update was clearly not properly tested.
Doesn’t take credit cards
We tried multiple credit cards. It doesn’t work.
App used to work
The app used to work then stopped. Would get messages to the inbox, then they couldn’t be displayed. Logged out, can’t log back in. Deleted app and added back to my Home Screen and still can’t log in and now I can’t reset my password either. What a waste of my accumulated points also.

Great app, but Regal Unlimited subscribers are left in the dark
Pretty great app, and I’ve used it for years! But once I upgraded to Regal Unlimited, the experience actually downgraded. The app completely strips away your gem status levels with no way to participate in them anymore.
While there is a separate rewards program for Unlimited subscribers, the app doesn't reference it at all. As an Unlimited member paying ~$350 annually, the app offers almost zero tailored functionality for us other than acting as a digital ticket to get through the door.
Developer request: Please add a feature for Unlimited subscribers to track our full viewing history (every movie seen with the program) and give us a clear dashboard showing exactly where we stand in the Unlimited rewards program. We are your most loyal customers—the app should reflect that!

Fails to upload points
I want to love app but it continuously miss adding points from purchases of tickets and concession food on the app. And the email does not go through to customer service. There is no way to add an app receipt number to manually upload either.
memory leak
i am convinced your app has a memory leak somewhere. my phone should not be overheating using the regal app.
Not able to login
Very bad app, I’m not able to login to my account on the app while on chrome browser it’s working fine. Tried resetting the password through app then it just gets stuck after entering my email id.
