Terrible issues every single time I’ve ever had the misfortune of trying to use this app to purchase movie tickets.
Can’t login
I am no longer able to login via this app and have to book directly through the website (which does allow login). The app sign-in feature needs to be fixed. The app is useless when you can’t access your rewards or book tickets.
Can’t grab my tickets in the app anymore. Constant error message. Had to access mobile site to add tix to Apple wallet

I can’t even log into the app. My username and password are correct. I can log in on a browser but not the app

Logging in is an absolute pain!!!
I have had to reset password several times. It’s the same password and refuses to work!!!! This is the worst app!!!! It also responds extremely slow to password reset. It sent to the correct email. But due the extreme slow response. I sent the request 5 times before I knew it.
Don’t use if the website works better
This app lied to me on how much reward points I had. Not only that, when I try to log back in, it won’t accept my password even tho I have it written down. The only thing this app got right is ordering tickets and food online but aside from that, when I login in on the website, it accepted my password and I actually saw how much reward points I had that I could have spent during my last visit. Genuinely disappointed

Fix app ASAP
This app needs fixing ASAP, try to buy tickets ahead of time and the app just blocks my account. Try to buy tickets for my friends and family who are in my account and we all have Unlimited plans blocks me and says I’m a suspicious member. Also I’m logged in and it says member logged out.

App interface works fine and movie show times and prices are accurate. Only thing is being able to apply veteran discounts cant be done through the app.

App doesn’t not let you sign in
I could sign in online but the app won’t let me sign in. It keeps saying incorrect username or password when it works perfectly fine on the browser.
Can’t log in or use
Couldn’t purchase tickets using unlimited pass. I logged out then couldn’t log back in it said username or password incorrect. But the same info works fine in the web version. App is currently useless. Having the same issue on iPhone and iPad.
