Sign in not working
Won’t let me sign in despite putting in the correct password.
Some improvements would be nice
It would be nice if it tracked your tickets bought into a gallery that you could browse to see the movies you've watched. The ads can also be intrusive on startup.
Upgrade removed feature
Update: The missing feature was added quickly and now is working well.
original post:Just got the new upgrade and now am not able to see the rewards I have redeemed with points, but have not yet used. They used to appear when you flipped the id card around. This helped know what to use at the concessions but now I guess we have to keep track ourselves. The new UI has some good feel to it and more compact, thank you. Hope the feature returns.

Extremely disappointed
I have been a regal customer for years . I finally have gotten a day to where I can use my points it won’t let me because the app needs to update but won’t let me . So know I can do anything but the app updated 4 days ago so what am I supposed to do with that ?
App failure
For the past three days I haven’t been able to buy tickets as a member of their fixed monthly price club. I went to the theater to see if they could for me but they couldn’t either. The movie time I wanted was the next day. I pay a monthly fee of over $22 to be able to reserve seats to watch movies on my days off. I have been a club member for years and have earned over a million points. The worst point is the theatre doesn’t even have a local telephone number.

Sign up stupidity Regal needs to fix!
So just because me and my brother signed up through the app but my mom signed up on the website, my mom‘s account isn’t working?!? When she paid for all 3 of us and you idiots haven’t fixed this problem except replying, “uh….uh..you should have all signed online or through the app”. Maybe you should fing SAY THAT or fix this nonsensical tech problem before you accept our Fing money!!!!!! Still not working!!!!!!it’s been a week!!!! I hate Fing technology and all these Fing apps

No account access
I can’t access my account. Says my password is incorrect despite using the same password on the website and can log in fine. Disappointing
Recent app update ruined the app
I got around to updating my apps a couple days ago and now the app has even more issues and bugs than before. It won’t let me use my rewards points or book movies with my all access pass (that I pay for), it glitches out a bunch, this is incredibly frustrating. I don’t know why the regal app is so prone to issues. I can’t even book with my all access pass on regal.com on safari.

App Broken
I love regal and have loved the app in the past but you guys have broken the app. Ever since the update the point system doesn’t allow me to cash in my points.
You also removed the tracking for lifetime points. Which I know has nothing to do with the present balance in points but it’s a cool thing to compare with your friends, it’s a good marketing tool that you guys removed and made it worse for your company. I’m giving you free marketing advice here.
Please fix these issues, although the first one should be a priority.

Login Issues
My app all of the sudden stopped working. I can no longer sign on through my phone. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have updated the app completely. My husband is able to sign on through his phone, but my app will not even load.
I changed my password and the app says I have the wrong one. The app was working just fine before. This is such a disappointment, especially since I’m paying $27 bucks a month for unlimited.

Forced updates that break it
If you’re going to force updates, at least test that they aren’t broken… had to force quit twice after the latest one before it would actually load without error messages 🙄
Love regal but what's going on
Just updated the app and went to purchase tickets as an unlimited member but it won't allow me to access the discounted prices
Card issues
Was nice to be able to order without having to put my card information in. Now for some reason I have to, to be able to buy like I could before. Leave it to Regal to make things worse than before.
Worst app ever
Why doesn’t this app give you any info. I am a regal club member and when your friend books for you it doesn’t tell you at all. Only the person booking gets any info. It be nice to be able to go in without the booking person to be there. It doesn’t tell you when your account he been used to purchase. Come on it’s 2026.

Love it!
I love regal theaters! I have one next door and go several times a week! The app makes it super easy to schedule seats ahead of time, see what’s available and even order food to be ready for when you arrive! How cool is that?! I have seen the app be a little buggy at times but they are good about updating it and fixing issues. I haven’t experienced any issues recently. I did learn that if you have the Regal Unlimited pass, you still have to pay $.50 for a ticket if you order it on the app, but if you go right to the counter it is free (with unlimited pass). I’ve found it’s best to order tickets at the theater desk unless you expect a full theatre in which ordering on the app saves a lot of time!

Broken app
After the most recent update the points system does not show earned items and does not allow you to buy items with points. I have over 50,000 points and cannot cash any of them in.

Have tons of points. Can’t use them! Won’t update!

Literally apps sucks. Have to click button multiple times. Already reset password and yet saying login doesn’t work.
