Purchased tickets don’t show inn app

Very frustrating. Tickets i purchased don’t show in my history, upcoming tickets or wallet. I do have a screenshot of my confirmation page and the payment shows on my credit card app.


Still, i can’t view them, share them etc. poor customer experience.

Error keeps occurring

When I purchase tickets, it will take the money and then say an error has occurred, but no ticket. Why does this app keep doing this?
