Can’t access tickets for months
I haven’t been able to see or access my tickets though the my amc tab since February. I want to use a-list bc my friends use it but this is ridiculous at this point and no one I’ve spoken to can help me
Not as advertised
Just remember if you have reservations to see a future movie you will not be able to see 4 in one week. Additionally, my points have been the same for months, even though I’ve been to the movies every week. Somehow they don’t seem to give me mine though my guy gets his every week. Not thrilled with the rewards program nor the app.

Unauthorized Charge
I went to buy tickets, but when I checked my credit card statement I was charged 19.83 for the rewards program. I unknowingly signed up for. Now I will have to dispute. What a waste of my time

The lights were on literally the movie started and the lights were all on until someone got up and told an employee and then the lights were flickering throughout the entire movie.

Disappointing
Theater was not clean, there was popcorn crumbs on many seats all around. The seats themselves were very uncomfortable, the cushion was old and flat, and it felt like I was on a Frontier airlines flight. Bathroom-I had to go to four sinks before I got soap from the dispenser
Smarty plus scam
After buying tickets it tells you thanks for using smarty plus here’s $20 cash back then signs you up for a monthly billing of $25

Cinemas are clean and that’s everything for me 💞

Customer Service Matters
Our favorite Theater is off Signal Butte and Baseline because you don’t have to order through a machine. You can actually speak to a person and they are always very helpful.
Date Night
Nice to go with a friend and enjoy a good show or not so good show. Easy entertainment!
Bad upgrade
Lock you out of ticket purchase when I selected the open to upgrade my membership at the POS.
