There was a last min change we were not aware of. When we were scanning our tickets we were made aware and by the time we got to our seats the movie was already playing. And we had to be changed to a later movie
Spiderman imax
The movie & sound was fabulous. The theater smelled of early mold developing to be honest as you first walk in the imax theater. After a bit you can’t smell it much but it’s a bit abrupt to the nose. Staff is kind bathroom hand blowers didn’t work. The bathrooms were not as clean as it should be & had a urine Oder ( male ) .

Convenience Fee
What is a convenience fee? Convenience for coming to see a movie when AMC is struggling financially?? Just bake it in to the ticket price instead of hitting people with a totally stupid fee. Unreal
I had a ticket, but now it’s missing
I bought a ticket for Spider-Man, and it showed for the last day. An hour and a half before the show, the ticket isn’t in the app anymore. I have to use the email that was sent at time of purchase.

Great app with a few kinks
Love the app! Easy to navigate and cancelling is very simple.
There are a few kinks that could be fixed, in my opinion.
First, when you order past a certain dollar limit, it starts glitching and tells you it’s either not able to order that snack/drink/etc or it says it’s unavailable, but when you try to order another drink/snack/etc, you’ll notice that it added what you previously tried to order to the order, but the wrong amount.
And secondly, every now and then, it could be specific to the time of day when they’re perhaps running maintenance on the app, but it won’t even show any movies, movie times, or even the theatre you selected.
Other than that, everything about this app is user-friendly, easy to navigate through, and saves you a lot of time when ordering tickets and snacks.

AMC steals money
They hit you with the dumbest, largest convenience fees imaginable and then when and if you have to refund for any personal matter that may have arose, they don’t refund you back the entire amount you paid because of a fake, made-up “convenience fee”. What a joke of a company - go REGAL or CINEMARK if you can.

This app has always worked great but today every time I open a movie it says “retry”. It’s turning into a disaster. I hope they fix it quickly.
Nice
The theater I go to in deptford New Jersey is ALWAYS clean. The employees are nice for the most part. Haven’t had a bad experience yet and travel 15 miles to go to that one.

Lots of casual movie goers complain about the cost of tickets. But A-List is the best deal that movie theaters ever had. It’ll turn a casual movie goer into a a frequent movie goer.
