Refund Policy
It sucks! There was a car accident and I wasn’t able to attend. I tried to process a refund but I didn’t do it before the movie began so I lost money. There should be an exception.

Update 7.0.137 causes login error on iOS 26.5.2
After updating to 7.0.137 on iPhone I cannot lift to my account and get my ticket purchases. I get an Ops, there was an error. It also caused an extra charge to my backup credit card. Please get this fixed. However, for some reason the same version of the app works on my iPad. But I can’t bring my iPad to the theater with me to get admission with my tickets.

Sometime app gives error message constantly and doesn’t load. When attempting to book your a-list movie it glitches and doesn’t let you select someone from entourage or yourself. Sometimes doesn’t let you click on movie reservation to pull up ticket to scan.

Buggy
App constantly logs me out. Meaning i cannot use my rewards. I also don’t understand the purpose of having a photo for a-list and still having to show an ID card.
Misleading Advertising and Charges
I went online to make a purchase and 50% off on Tuesdays and Wednesdays was advertised. When I checked out there was nothing like the 50% off that had been promised. Canceling my membership!!!

Can’t Log In
I usually don’t have an issue with this app, but today I go on there and notice I was logged out. When I try to log in, I keep getting an error message. YES, I made sure the app was updated. And YES, I even updated my password, even though I know I didn’t forget it. And YES, I even deleted and re-downloaded the app all together, and still having the same issue. I also notice that I can’t even login using the Safari or Chrome web browsers either. So let’s get this fixed quickly please because it’s almost the weekend, and I can only imagine how annoying that’s gonna be for people like me come Friday, and how much money your company would be missing out on because of this issue.

Change password and only website works. Doesn’t sync with iCloud well. Error logging in after password accepted. Slow AF
Notifications even when disabled
I do not have notifications enabled for this app. However every time I open the app and have a “message” which is usually something I in no way care about. I get a red notification badge on the app. I cannot find any setting in or out of the app to make this stop. I can ignore messages in app. I can’t tolerate the badge on the app being constantly there. Will update review if this is ever corrected.
