التطبيق ممتاز جدا بس اقترح بما يلي (١) إلغاء تاريخ إنتهاء نقاط بسمة (٢) اضافة خيار الوضع الداكن على التطبيق (٣) اضافة قسائم بالريال العماني قابلة للاستبدال عن طريق نقاط السعادة(٤) اضافة الضمانات على الأجهزة ضمن التطبيق (٥) دعم اللغة العربية للشروط والأحكام الخاصة بنقاط السعادة

Delivered moldy, warm food which was not fresh. More than once.
Delivery runs hours late sometimes. No point in having a delivery slot if you can't abide by it. Highly disappointing, customer service is also extremely lacking. They asked us to keep moldy and warm meat (delivered by them) in our home so they can come collect it for the refund. How stingy and crazy do you have to be to ask this of customers. Why not trying to ask your delivery guys to be on time? Maybe then the food won't be warm and moldy in the first place.

New version is a downgrade
I’ve always enjoyed online shopping with Lulu. The service has been great. Unfortunately, the latest version of the app is a significant downgrade to the previous version. Please return the functionality and ease of use the previous version provided.
Apple Pay not working
Extremely slow app, to place the order as such takes 5 min, apple pay not working, credit card not working. Tried to switch to web - the cart doesn’t match under the same user ID and I am unable to click the Place order button.
Deliberately ruining their website to force costumers into downloading the application
Terrible experience using the webpage to shop, it was intended to be terrible to make people try other ways to shop, … it worked as I did download the application and the application works, but I will delete it and refuse to shop.

The search function is really not good, i type cheese and the suggestions are totally random, its not prioritizing “cheese”.
The gramm / kg is sometimes not displayed on the main page so you need to click on the item to check which makes it slower. Otherwise happy :)

lulu app
App is very slow and keeps on lagging. Spent hours scrolling for items because app is too slow. Please improve also your categories sections. They are mix with everything.

Very bad service in Qatar. Payment by card is mandatory. After you pay, delivery takes 5-6 hours. You are told that most of the products are not available. After payment is made, I do not recommend it at all. No one will return the amount to you, and no one pays attention to the customer.

Unable to schedule delivery day and time. So for me I will not use this store for online shopping again.
Return policy is a scam
I purchased a TV which i wanted to return. Lulu said i couldn’t return it because it was not in the box. But the installers removed it as part of the delivery process!! So therefore there are no returns of TVs as they need tonremove from the box. Absolute joke
