Busted Mirror
Stuck with this giant, heavy Mirro which no longer works. Tried to sell me another but that seems to be a dumb decision. No longer offers repair visits. What a waste of money.
Terrible connectivity with update
I recently updated the app and since I did, my phone and watch lose connectivity which impacts heart rate and output tracking. When I try to reconnect, it restarts the workout.
The product and many of the workouts are great. Instructors could do a better job describing movements during stretching and yoga exercises so users don’t have to stop and look at the screen to follow along.

It was great before Peloton
They fired all the good trainers. Removed the running and fat loss programs plus the mirror and app freeze up multiple times during a workout! It was really great 2 years ago and now I literally want to toss it all into the nearest dumpster and set it on fire! I literally don’t know why I am paying them $35 a month for a poorly maintained appliance, poorly recorded Peloton workouts and horrid app!

Sound issue with mirror
Sound issue with my mirror can hardly hear the trainer talk or the music
When it works it’s great but sheesh is it buggy
I love everything about lululemon studio, and especially the expanded classes with Peloton. But the app needs work! It constantly drops the connection to my Apple Watch (making tracking progress challenging) and sometimes freezes or has a severe delay connecting to the mirror. Developers, please squash the bugs more regularly. We need the awesomeness of all the trainers!

Works 20% of the time
Want to start working out consistently without interruption? Dont use this app or the mirror. Constantly logs you out or quits or forces a password reset or drops network or cannot connect to your Bluetooth headphones etc etc. Murphy’s Law with this app: what can go wrong, will.
Never works, avoid
Awful, full of bugs, it either doesn’t load or logs you out all the time. I’m canceling my subscription

Mirror was better before Pelton
They need to really bring back the live classes. It really made a big difference. I really missed that. They also took away personal one on one classes. Also, the variety of classes went down. I preferred the original mirror teachers over the Peleton which is why I noticed the decrease of my usage.
Recent update broke audio controls
Ever since downloading the latest update two days ago I can no longer listen to a podcast or external music while connected to a workout on the app. I had previously been able to listen to podcasts while working out, but now the audio is automatically reduced so low that I can’t hear the content anymore. I’ve tried resetting the app multiple times but the issue still persists — please fix this in a new update!

Connectivity
Connectivity is not consistent. I try to troubleshoot with CUSTOMER SERVICE but they continue to have me repeat the same steps over and over and over again without providing a resolution. I’ve emailed a screenshot. I talk to someone and they’re still not able to help me and they don’t send out a technician like is there no in person support for the issues I’m having not being able to connect to my physical mirror

Love it!!
I have fiber internet so no issues with connection so far, I don’t need to connect it to head phones either; the speaker works perfectly fine for me, the Apple Watch connects and tracks heart rate which is cool.
It is a GREAT addition to my home gym. Not much of a gym goer as I don’t like crowds but have always been super active so these guided workouts are perfect. Personally love the Lulu instructors way better :)
The membership is steep—but I justify it because I only shop at Lululemon for gym gear so the 10% discount does add up.
Thousands of guided workouts, easy to intermediate, no lifting but has dumbbell and kettle bell stuff.
I’ve had it for 2 months and use it 3-4 times a week. This winter is going to be sweaty!

Freezing continues
At first it worked. Then within a year it started freezing. Not loading. All internet checked, reset, rebooted and still issues. It was a big purchase for me and I’m not sure what to do. I stopped using it for a year. Want to try to get it going again for the autumn/fall months. Also I preferred just the classes by “Mirror” it got way too, too and quality decreased.

Air pod connection issues
I have tried multiple times to connect my AirPods to my mirror however they never connect. I have disconnected and reconnected my AirPods to my phone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I’ve tried my beats. And it does not work. I have also checked to make sure both are compatible and according to the frequently asked question and answer spot. They are both compatible. It’s extremely frustrating.

Very glitchy
Glitchy user interface. Mirror unpairs frequently. App fails to load and gets stuck often.
Garbage
App is total garbage. Connects to the Wall perhaps 25 percent of the time. The other 75 percent you spend scratching your head, restarting app, unplugging wall, deleting and reloading app…it’s SUCH a piece of junk. Would never buy the wall again due to the glitching app. I’ve had it for more than a year and if anything it’s only gotten worse.

Planned Failures
Loved the mirror and now they are clearly torpedoing it on purpose. Logouts, disconnects, poor content. Clearly planned to get out of the business. Will be looking for the class action notice in the mail.

Content is great app not so much
Every other day I have to re-enter login, password. It looses the mirror too and I have to reconnect and set up. The app can’t be paused it goes directly to the end of the session and rating. Lots of bugs to fix. I don’t see an update!
