Crashes on Open
Still crashes when you open the app, rendering this useless to every single client who has an apple device. The issue began with iOS 26 and hasn’t been fixed in almost a year!
Unreliable
The app changes settings, crashes, completely breaks and won’t open once a month, and often has issues with showing recordings or playback. It’s hardly functional. If this system wasn’t already setup at the house I’d pick a different system and app. Absolutely terrible for security as it misses so much footage and you can’t even consistently access the recordings that it does catch.

Does not work well on IPhones
The app continuously quits working on both my wife’s and my IPhones. In order to get it working again you have to delete the app and then reinstall it. What a pain! Seems to work on my IPad, though so may just be an issue with IPhones.

Horrible navigation hard to use cameras. Feels like the 1980s.
Constantly not working
This app is constantly glitching. At times notifications stop. Other times, I can’t see any video from the cameras on the live feed. It almost never works correctly.
Unreliable
The app constantly stops working, crashing on launch and no longer sending notifications, requiring me to delete and reinstall. That they still haven’t fixed this is completely unacceptable. Fix your app.
Broken on iOS 26
Needs to be updated for iOS 26, crashes on all my Apple devices and all my clients are yelling at me because they cannot access their cameras anymore! ADI really screwed up the company..
Time to update
I used this app before the last big IOS update and it worked fine. Clearly it needs an update. It is always off line and I have to reload every time I use it.
Awful and Glitchy
I’ve had this app for around 2 years and it is horrible. I wish I had asked more question before agreeing with the cameras my IT guy installed. Now I am stuck with this POS. The user interface is terrible, but the worst thing is every 3 months I have to uninstall and install this software to receive alerts. Doing so fixes the issue every time. But what a complete PITA. I wish the developers would fix this.

I try to open the app and it crashes before it can even get past the loading screen. You guys suck
What a huge improvement
The Luma View app for my new cameras is a huge improvement over the old Luma Surveillance app. I love that this company continues to develop the app and make it more user friendly. I recently met one of their experts at a C4 Yourself Day event and he showed me so many cool things this app can do that even my technician was not aware of. Keep up the great work!

Is not at all user friendly. No sound for notifications. Doesn’t always record yet notifications say there’s an intrusion. Sound is not very clear. No technical support unless you’re the installer which delays problem solving

Running latest version of iOS and the app doesn’t work. Continues to crash. Please fix asap as we are unable to view our cameras!
