Ridiculous setting up over and over again

Internet is disconnected for any reason I have to start all over a recreate ENTIRE home. I get that is disconnects and you need to reconnect but WHY on earth does it not save your settings!!!!!!!

Hard to use
Terrible app to use. Vague instructions. If you have more than one light on circuit, almost impossible to control lights separately.
App very frustrating
I honestly do like the lights, the app I can’t figure out and will change my rating if I can get the following question answered. I would like to edit, and/or delete a custom scene that I have created with a light. How the heck do I do that?

V. Service Application Standard
5.1 You shall use the licensed software in a normal manner. The following ways are in breach of the application standard:
1) Issue or share computer virus, worms, malicious codes, or software that deliberately damages or changes computer system or data;
2) Collect information or data of other users without authorization, for example, email address and the like;
3) Maliciously use the product in an automatic way, causing over load to the server, or interfere with or damage web server and network links in other forms.
4) Attempt to visit server data or communication data of the product without authorization;
5) Interfere with or damage the production application by other users.
5.2 You understand and agree that:
1) Lingke will determine whether or not you are involved in violation of standards above, and suspend or terminate your application license according to determination results or take other restrictions according to agreements.
2) Lingke will directly delete information in breach of laws, or infringing others' legal rights, or in breach of the Agreement issued by you when using the licensed software.
3) If a third party suffers from damage due to your breach of application standards, you shall independently bear legal responsibility in your name, and protect and indemnify Lingke from losses or additional expenses generated therefrom.
Otherwise, Lingke has the right to claim compensation.
4) If Lingke and its suppliers suffers from any loss due to your breach of relevant laws or the Agreement, you shall compensate Lingke and its suppliers for losses and (or) expenses generated therefrom.
Vl. Information Content Standard
6.1 You promise that you will not conduct any act in breach of laws or improper behaviors by using the service, such act and behavior include (but not limited to):
6.1.1 Uploading, transferring or sharing information
1) Opposing the basic principles determined in the Constitution;
2) Endangering state safety, disclosing state secret, subverting state power and sabotaging state unity;
3) Damaging state honor and benefit;
4) Inciting national hatred and discrimination and sabotaging national unity;
5) Destroying religious policy of the state and advocating heresy and feudalistic superstition;
6) Spreading rumors, disturbing social order and destroying social stability;
7) Spreading obscenity, porn, gambling, violence, murder and terror or abetting a crime;
8) Insulting or slandering others and infringing on the legal rights and interests of others;
9) Containing contents of sham, defraudation, harm, threat, infringement to others' privacy, harassment, infringement, slander, coarseness, indecency, or morally repulsive contents;
10) Containing other contents restricted or forbidden by applicable laws, regulations, rules, provisions and other legal standards.

The app is terrible and the lights have random colors here and there when they do work
Canlight
These lights have a hard time staying connected. They turn on and off randomly as well as change colors randomly very annoying.
App is poorly written
Not a well thought out app. While it does function to turn my irrigation valve on and off, many of the other features are completely indecipherable. Smart actions are a mystery. Scripting in Shortcuts is done poorly. Timer setting only changeable by 1 second per click. Not even a hold down option. App needs a qualified app designer, desperately.

Outdoor lights
Work but app does not control them as well as it should
Won’t Stay Online
After I got my outdoor ceiling fan and light setup, it won’t stay online. I have to use the remote control to operate the fan and lights. I have very fast 5ghz internet speed.
Problem with the app
Since two days ago the app don’t let me in and don’t let me make or change my scenes? Please fix this asap.
Light ok but keep needing a sync
Switch on the lights and they start flash- I need to sync my light with the app once a week
Poor connectivity
These light do not stay in groups or stay connected in the network. I have had them installed 6 months and 3 of them out of 32 lights have totally lost connection. When the power goes out you have to reset all the light over and put them in there perspective groups. I am pretty sure I will have to replace them. Man Cave is a disaster.

Great lights , I have them on my nook in my gaming bar
Flickering
I have 10 4” LED color changing lights in my basement and some lights will not stay on some flicker some won’t work on day light color. Terrible!
Lighting
System sucks, all lights unpair every time the manual switches are used, so that it is only (semi-) functional if solely controlled from the app, which is absolutely unsustainable with several people in the household, including children and grandparents. Not our choice as it came when buying the flat a few years ago but due to the poor functionality we don’t use any of the overhead lights AT ALL. Unable to find any documentation or support for the problem
