iOS 18 required
Very inconvenient that the supported iOS version is increased to iOS 18, just before it will be discontinued. Users on iOS 17 cannot access their coins

a great help for achieving health goals and routine lifestyles and at the same time the rewards it offers.
Lumi servers down?
As of 21 October 2025 I’m unable to connect to server. App fully updated. Tried on WiFi and 5G. Tried reinstalling. Helpppp I’ve been nerfed!!
Coins Expire Without Warning
I received a notification today, saying that my coins expire today and I should redeem them. I immediately logged into the app, but the coins have already expired.
I emailed HPB about it, they claimed
“Please be informed that you received three notifications regarding your expiring coins: one 14 days before the expiration, another 7 days before, and a final notification on the day the rewards expire.”
I replied that I only received the last notification, and only AFTER THE COINS EXPIRED, and HPB stopped replying me.
Please don’t waste your time with this app. Unlike Healthy365 where everyone is participating and there is a higher level of scrutiny, LumiHealth will just expire your coins without warning so HPB don’t have to pay out the rewards they promised.

App can’t open
Opens to the purple page and stays there forever
Does not record workouts!
I’ve trouble shoot as much as I can but the app still fails to record any workouts i’ve done. If this is not fixed, what’s the point of the app? I hope devs would fix this problem. Arigathanks.
Does not sync
The app is buggy, activities rings are closed in iPhones app, but not on LumiHealth
Workout not synced
Since the recent update, LumiHealth did not sync my workout. It is able to capture the 3 goals and my Activity App is working. The devices have been turned on and off, uninstalled and reinstalled but still did not work.
Does not record step count
Since the update, step counts no longer work anymore. What’s the point?
Cannot open app
Cant open the app anymore after latest update. Ios 17.4.1. Stuck on purple welcome page
Does not record workouts

Latest update requires iOS17
Suddenly require to update to latest version to use the app, but my iPhone is iOS16, it means I have to give up all my points?
Workout is not reflected in app
Since the 25 Jan 2025 update, the workout I do is not reflected in the app. It was previously working very well. Please fix it ASAP
A Confirmed Downgrade
With so many negative reviews, the custodian needs to reflect on what they want to achieve from this app. Or it is just to spent the money and clear available budget. The first version even though simple but functional. Since the upgrade I believe it has lost its majority audience. Sad it see it reaching to such a stage with poor reviews yet no improvement.

LumiHealth “upgrade” is in reality a downgrade
Since the “ upgrade”, I have not been able to open the app most of the time. I have been advised to delete and upload. Tried that several time but to no avail. As a result, I have difficulties logging in to choose quests and not been able to redeem the vouchers. It’s frustrating. If possible, do not “upgrade”

A huge DOWNGRADE from the original!
I’ve been using LumiHealth for about 4 years and it has always been a wonderful experience, very engaging with the app interface until someone decided to retire that and replace it with this piece of crap!
Looks pretty but very confusing to use
This app has lots of visual bells and whistles but sacrifices on usability and simplicity. I find myself using it less and less. So overall the app loses its effectiveness
