Developer must’ve got a degree in Comp Sci from a cereal box toy
Garbage. Can’t even sign into the app. Documents get erased. Boot times are terrible and you get stuck loading/refreshing 9/10 times.
The AI contract generation is actually decent, shame the developer sucks at his job.

After many years, i loved Lumin but now it’s extremely disappointing me
I have been using Lumin since late 2024. I loved it since it was super easy to use across my computer and iPad, as well as super easy to download my PDF’s once they were edited. However, now they developed this feature on the free account that I cannot download more than 3 PDF’s a MONTH without paying for “Lumin pro”, which is about 230 a year. As a student, I cannot pay 20-25 dollars a month, or $230 a year. This used to be a budget & student friendly app, but absolutely not anymore. I am EXTREMELY disappointed, with no way to upload my homework or notes to my computer since I exceeded the 3 document a month maximum without paying $230 a year.
Very disappointed.

Not user friendly
Hard to use. Several annoying steps just to add a simple signature to a PDF
Terrible
To sign a document just once, you’re forced to create an account and input your cc info. This guarantees a free trial. But when you try to cancel it, it’s impossible. Typing out the process requires a a full days work. To keep it short, don’t use
Good for schoolwork
This App is good for schoolwork (especially English for me)
However the colours in the highlight/draw do not automatically save upon changing which is really annoying because I would like to have the 3-4 colours saved so that I can apply the colour scheme even if I do not finish the annotations in one go
Overall nice app - but could do with some minor improvements

Actual Thieves
This is the worst decision you can make. This service costs $30 and they do not let you cancel it. I have tried probably 10 times now and contacted customer service. They tell me it is cancelled but I still get charged $30 a month. You would have more fun and get more use out of lighting $360 on fire once a year. The people who run this company should serve time.

They stole my private data.
Don't upload anything, they also withdrew money from my account without my permission.
Works Great
Does exactly what I need.
Hate this.
Stick with a subscription, can’t figure out how to bleeping cancel it. 😬😡
In my experience
Best edit app out there!!! Five Stars!!!
Save your time and space
This app and their website has so much potential and they lack the ability to fix the glitches and lack of fixing everything that is wrong with both. I gave up and I’m switching back to adobe unfortunately.
Useful app
Help me a lot with viewing and editing pdf
BEST PDF EDITOR APP
I like the app very much , it is intuitive, user friendly layout.
.
- ужасно долго грузит, когда стираешь объект. это очень неудобно и тормозит процесс обучения
- невозможно сделать двойной экран, было бы намного удобнее если б эта функция была

Good app

Doesn’t save changes
Half of my study guide for an exam was completely gone. It just doesn’t save your work reliably. This was the last straw. Deleting.
I love Lumin
I use it on my work and it works very well I’m impressed and it’s my first year using it and will be editing again.😃👍🏽
Charges you $30 a month even if you cancel
DONT USE THIS APP ITS A SCAM! I was attempting the app for combining a document and did not want to sign up for the free trial. I forces you too in order to use the app. Then even after i confirmed I did not have an account with customer support through email, they have been charging me $30 a month behind my back. I don’t even remember giving them my card info. DONT USE THIS APP ITS A SCAM! The craziest part is that they legit told me that I didn’t have an account with them months prior. They thought I would recognize the charges and keep stealing $30 every other month without me knowing. DONT USE THIS APP ITS A SCAM!
