They stole 153 dollars from me. I paid for a subscription of 12.99. And I when I logged into my banking app, they took 153.

Hello there! Sorry, we do not actually see your account data here, but it looks like you've purchased our annual subscription, not a monthly one. If you want to fix this (change the subscription), please email support@dochub.com. This is totally solvable, no worries.
Not worth paying for
I repeatedly have formatting issues. I add a text box to my page, fill it out, and it appears normally on the document until I download a final copy. Once I download the completed copy of my document, the text will shrink down to a minuscule size. The text also rotates vertically. I cannot use any of the documents I edit on this platform because they become unreadable.

Glitch
Please fix the DONE option at the top right of document. It doesn’t stay open so options can be chosen. It is INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING.
