Nursing staff
The nursing staff in radiation oncology was very impersonal and robotic. For being in a field of oncology I would hope the staff would be gentle and make their patients feel seen and not just another number.
Care and services
Luminis has provided exceptional care and service. All of the doctors have been very thorough in the diagnosis, treatment and for me. Thank you for taking great care of me.
Super Bad App
Whe you trying to change a primary doctor or find another doctor near you the system ask for the website and it’s not working, I can’t login, I try on my iphone, ipad, laptop and non connect to the website
Things won’t load
Test results and messages will no longer load. Nothing I do will make those pages load, they just continue to spin. Please fix app
Exceptional Care
My team of doctors, nurses, physician assistants, staff and volunteers were professional, knowledgeable, caring and supportive during my life changing journey. I’m beyond grateful of the care I received.
Services not requested
Upon getting my yearly Medicare wellness visit, which should be free and has been every year I was charged $18.+ for a procedure I did not request and was not told I was getting. Nothing was out of the ordinary. Your explanation was lame. After numerous calls to Aetna, Luminis billing and their administrator and 6 months passing being afraid you would send this to a collection agent I cratered and paid your bill. I am not a happy camper and am telling all who will listen.

Dr. Acree made me feel at home with her warmth and clear, thorough explanations of what I needed and with clear guidance. Doctor Tonya H ER
This person needs to be doing lab work. Interacting with patients is a loss for this hospital. So much money to make it look nice when they have doctors like this ER doctor who has a rotting EQ and 0/10 bedside manner. I spent 7 hours there for her to spend 2 minutes total explaining how I was an idiot and I could leave and follow up with a specialist.

Fabulous staff and care was marvelous
Drove myself to ER and ended up having my gallbladder removed. The care and attention I received was nothing short of perfection. The Luminis app is easy to navigate and I was able to link it to my KP provider so everything is at my fingertips. But seriously great care.
Knee pain
I usually see Amanda for my knees but she was out of the office. I saw Marisa, instead as I was able to get in the same day. Marisa was lovely, and thorough. I was very pleased with her demeanor and gentle hand while delivering a steroid shot. Wouldn’t hesitate to schedule with her again.

Luminis at Gambrills
Have been going here for about 3 years now. Dr Martin is great, listens and sees whole person, not just current symptoms. A connecting type of mind, so useful in exploring diagnoses and treatments. Also staff helpful. Luminis itself, with all of its growth, is a bit clunky administratively and technologically, but usually can get things done.

This app used to let you do things, now it’s just a portal to external web browsers
Just about anything you might want to do is going to direct you out of the app into the web browser where they’re going to require cross origin tracking to even log in, which is really, really bad privacy policy, and shouldn’t even be necessary anyway because you’re already logged into the apparently now pointless app.

Stroke patient
Everyone was very supportive, honest and caring at the most scary and difficult time in my life. I appreciate that so much. Being in a room alone was very helpful. One of the nurses shared a cousins experience which led me to where I chose therapy. Best choice I ever made. I’m recuperating and wish them all the best.

I really like this ap. My mom is 102 yrs old and when I can’t reach dr this ap works well. I also use it for myself. Check in is great. It saves me from digging out ins info and paperwork in the drs office. Very good
E-check in
I have tried for 4 days to complete my e-checkin to no avail. I complete everything, get to the questionnaire and it says error occurred and try back later. It happens each time I return.
Great Place
I dislike going to the doctors but the front desk staff was awesome quick check in. The nurse whom took my pressures was very friendly and had great customer service. The nurse whom took my blood was very friendly as had great customer service she seen I was afraid of needles so she talk to me distracting me next thing I knew done very awesome, very gentle didn’t feel a thing. The doctor was very kind and gentle listened and examine everything I brought to her attention no matter how small… upon checking out the nurse at the check out was very full of smiles the staff was vibing with each other very family oriented positives vibes was reflecting a great work environment awesome place for my first visit. Give you guys 5 stars very outstanding everyone keep up the good work.
