Difficult app

Not user friendly. Constant error popups. Doesn’t track activity accurately. Extremely difficult to sync any device to it and set it to my own preference. Was forced to set to what app/Carefirst wanted.

The glitchiest app on your phone

They must have walked our employers through screenshots rather than a live demo of the app when they sold them on it.
Good content and relevant stuff. But it takes a few tries. After shutting the app down and reopening several times you might get to what you’re looking for. Not exaggerating. I have not had one seamless experience yet. Very frustrating!!!

Concept Great, Quality… Leaves Desire

The concept of having a hub is great, but the actual app crashes and just doesn’t load. I’ll get a notification, do Face ID, and then it just freezes. It’s happened for over a year, even after the most recent update.

On another note, it would be nice to search doctors within the app.

Love the concept hate the app!

You can never seem to attest and get your points. You enter the info and it doesn’t add your points. This app gets worse EVERY year!

Confusing

This app is confusing. I went to sign up for a virtual challenge and it had download the share care app and when I did I had to go back to the wellbeing app to complete the process. That’s way too much and the challenges flyer mentioned none of this. I had to call customer for assistance.
