Only way I could quit!

This App changed my life. No joke, no over exaggeration. I smoked for 15 years and I tried everything from patches, to cold turkey, to Chantix. This was the only thing that worked. I haven’t smoked now for 7.5 years and I have this app to thank! If you truly want to quit, this is the best money you’ll ever spend.

Waste of Time

I don’t know why AEP forces employees to do this by financially punishing smokers when they are not doing the same with their alcoholic employees, Hell, they will even buy their employees 2 free drinks on a expense allowance. But, what do I know…

5 starts is not enough! I have been using the app for over 3 weeks. If you trust the process you will mind blown by now with what these simple exercises do to you. Smoking or any addiction pull you away from who you truly are, these exercises bring you back to yourself and teach you about how us humans work. Love it! I am very grateful 🙏

Minor Recommendations for improvement for the production:
1. Each exercise starts with a few secs background music. I really find the song disturbing, reminds me of a weird circus, clowns 🙊Better switch to something more ‘wellness’ like

Stuck on Quit Ceremony

Finally make it to the last lesson and it's stuck. I've replayed lesson 21 (quit ceremony) numerous times and it won't let me progress any further. Any suggestions?
