Bare minimum
It works, but only the bare minimum. No Apple Wallet integration, which would be an obvious add for this type of app.
Can’t Log In
Would love to give this app a shot, but there’s absolutely no way to even log into it. I’ve seen a similar complaint in the Google Play reviews for the android version, so this might be a systemic issue with the app. Really hoping to see this fixed!
Horrible
I can’t set a password. I keep getting an email asking me to click the sign up link so I can create a password. I click it from my mobile device, and it keeps taking me to the same sign up link OR it will say the link expired after 30 seconds. I’ve tried to enter the code, and again I get a message stating the code has expired. It took me less than a minute to enter the code. I’m not sure how it would expire so far, but I’m her to tell ya it did 🤬

So convenient!
I love having my insurance cards on the app. I can send it to whoever needs it, always know they are there and it is easy to use. I also like the HCP finder as well. This is so much better than the traditional carrier apps.
Awkward.
Mobile-only info is awkward, and requires multiple devices to navigate HR questions.
My wife asked about our benefits, but I couldn’t print out the benefit summary for her so she could look on her own.
Phone only form factor makes reading the benefits on a tablet harder than it should be - I can’t use the whole screen when reading the benefits, and if I zoom in the paragraph gets cut off - no rotation supported.
Vendors using Lumity have done a bad job of explaining that Lumity isn’t part of the HR system, and requires a different account and password to be created.
Honestly, having something in the middle between our HR system and the insurance companies doesn’t make my life easier.
