Great way to get therapy …
This app works well in that you can have your bookings scheduled, share messages and materials with your therapist between appts if needed and have flexible time efficient sessions in the convenience of your home (or elsewhere). It was also great that the quality of the therapist provided was excellent.

Easy to use with some great functions
A fantastic service and well designed app. I love the function on this app that allows you to “discuss” your issues with a virtual assistant, the questions are really accurate And helps guide you to the right practitioner. The app is easy to use and it’s great to have all the information on my phone for me to work with and build on as previously my therapy notes have ended up in all sorts of places/bits of paper etc.
