I’ve bought a card using “reward dollars”, but can’t seem to access it.
No access to Victoria customers
Took me nearly 40 minutes, speaking to an Indian call centre. (who could hardly understand what I was saying), to find out that the Lumo Rewards program is not available to Victorian customers. Maybe they should write this on their app details page, to save people wasting their time!

It keeps saying no internet connection. There is virtually no phone support. I had to go via the browser looks like no David Jones gift card when I queried this the lady from the phone support number did not know why and suggest to call them figure that out.
App on IPHONE says no internet connection quite useless at the moment. No updates made to this app for a long time probably out of date with IOS updates.

Great program that gives me discounts from loads of retailers. The app is easy to use too.
Improve your service
Buyer beware. The maximum David Jones voucher denomination is $200. David Jones only permits 5 gift vouchers in one transaction. If your DJ’s purchase is in excess of $1000 in one transaction. You won’t be able to use any additional vouchers that you purchased. So you are stuck with them to use later. Lumo Rewards should really disclose this to their customers. They need to be transparent. As should David Jones. The customer should be aware prior to purchasing not in the middle of a transaction when they can’t cancel.
The other option for Lumo is to offer $500 voucher denominations. David Jones has these.

Yay the app is working now. Don't quit this app if its broke, let the developers know and they'll fix it. Discounted tickets to Events, Village and Hoyts even bigger than Optus discounts.
