This is what I see every time I try to use the app. I can’t do anything on it. So frustrating!!
Update: I deleted the app and reinstalled and it’s working now! We’ll see how long it works this time.

Buggy/Bad
this app honestly has so much bugs you can’t click almost anything without getting an error. You can’t see you when your Wi-Fi is due/pay your bill on the app like most of the basics aren’t even available.
Application
Application is worthless when trying to manage devices. As many complaints are about the app figured they would have done something about it by now.
Update is awful
This app used to work perfectly. Since the last update, I can't edit devices at all.

The app is ridiculous. It barely works at all. Fix the bugs! As a parent it’s frustrating when the parental controls don’t work!

I love this app it’s so easy and manageable. The people connected is easy to manage and I can disconnect anyone on my WiFi

Not user friendly at all trying to figure out how to add and it doesn’t allow for specific usage limits
When it works.
It can control devices on your WiFi. WHEN it works. It’s spotty and you have to update your phone every months to use it. When it works.

I will be going with spectrum. You can’t have parental controls when the app barely works. Do better!
App login issues
When this app logs you out, it will never work the same again. It either cannot find your account, or there is an issue with the app once you finally login.
App needs Update!
The Lumos internet app needs an update. It constantly says it cannot connect.
App only review
I say app only review because the internet itself so far seems great. So with that out of the way the app is terrible. 90% of the time is has some big where it can’t connect. This can be frustrating when using the parental controls to cut internet to certain devices, but not being able to resume the devices because the app doesn’t want to work. So fixing that bug would be great. Also another feature I would like to see would be the ability to add the same devices to multiple people lists. Such as an iPad for example. Sometimes I want a quick pause of multiple devices including the iPad. And sometimes I want a quick pause of all the same devices minus the iPad. Being able to put it on two different lists would make that easier

App is horrible
Just the app. The service from Lumos(customer service for issues, actual internet service ) is great. The App is worthless. On initial setup it worked fine and as intended. Create name, see all IP that are on network. Once that stops working, it’s done. I’ve deleted app and reinstalled , restarted router, deleted account on the app and tried again. Just keeps going in circles of error messages. App itself needs dedicated support , or it was just stay a small time service compared to other service providers.

Great App so Far
This is a great app so far, but there was an outage yesterday that left the following features to be desired.
-Alerts when there’s an outage in the area.
-ETA for service restoration in case of outages
-Contact Customer Service
-Ability to pay bill via app

Could use some more advanced features, but for basic control it’s a good app.

Broken app wastes times
The app won’t let me log in. I have correct information. I recovered the username because it kept saying account doesn’t exist, and then they send me the exact username that I was using. Then when I try it again, it says again that the account with that username doesn’t exist. Software issues that prevent you from logging in and paying your bills seems like a malicious intent to delay and charge late fees.
