What's New in Lunar Eclipse Guide

3.0.14

August 26, 2026

A deep partial lunar eclipse is coming on August 27–28, and Eclipse Guide is ready. At maximum, 96% of the Moon’s disk will be covered by Earth’s shadow, making it look almost like a total eclipse. We’ve refined the calculations and updated the maps so you can check the eclipse’s visibility from your location, follow every stage, and see event times accurate down to the second. Like the update? Leave us a review. If something doesn’t look right or the app isn’t working as expected, message our support team — we read every report.

Spam with notifications, annoying.

Very informative

Non-eclipse notifications again

If you want inane notifications harassing you from 7 to 8 at night, get this thing. Cos that’s what you need hey. Notifications. For articles. Srsly tho, it defeats the purpose of an app telling when eclipses are coming when we have to turn off the notifications to avoid the harassments. It would be nice if it gave an opt-in for the non-solar/lunar eclipse articles.
