The best moon phase complication
The Apple Watch’s default Astronomy complication is nice, but it’s too soft and doesn’t align with the horizon. This has the best moon complications by far, and the app is great too. The compass is a particularly nice touch. Very polished UI. Highly recommended.

I love this app because it’s very good for knowing what the moon type is going to be I have a space topic in school and this is really helpful for that (I also love the moon on it’s own)

this is the best one i’ve tried so far. it has the most features and the best looking widgets.
Simply Works
This app is not a complex idea, but it’s accurate and it has a nice aesthetic. I’m just a nerd who loves the moon and likes to know what phase it’s in and when to look for it. My inner child likes to swipe back and forth on the timeline and watch the moon phases change.

Features all vanished
Not sure what happened within the last year but my widgets stopped working and apparently I need a subscription or to pay $40 (forty! dollars!) to bring back the features I already had. Pretty sure I paid a low price for the app back in the day but restoring my purchases doesn’t work. Sigh. Looking for a new moon app. Such a shame.

Need to purchase pro version
I’ve had this app for years and I was able to use it as a widget and look into calendar details which was a plus for me since I stargaze. However, just recently discovered that I need to purchase the pro version now to use the widgets and the calendar details that I was able to use freely. Deleting the app now because Apple offers the same exact thing on their weather app for FREE.

I really only use this app for the moon phase widget. It’s honestly the most accurate free moon illumination + phase widget I could find- and I’ve gone through like 8 apps looking. Thank you devs!!
