Forgotten by devs?
This companion app is lowkey garbage. Uploading images is a pain and they often break, low character limits in replies and DMs make it difficult to write comments to people asking for help, and I genuinely think they forgot about this app, because it doesn’t even have 1.1 characters show in the fields where characters owned or characters used in Immersive Theater are showcased. Its only real use is checking Covert Comms active on your server or if your forged items are done cooking. I like the people I’ve met on it, but this app does in fact suck.

My experience
Pretty fine, reminds me of HoYoLAB a bit, with the other reviews, it talked about log in issues. For me it worked just fine and I’m from America/USA. Some user said it didn’t work for certain countries dunno why. However I think this platform is fine for the most part and I have no issues with it.
Doesn’t let users outside Asia / Europe log in
It seems like it’s going for HoYoLAB vibe but if you can’t log in with the same credentials as the game what’s the point? I log into the game everyday but the app has always said my log in info is wrong… it’s not.
So 1star for being unable to interact with the app.

Cant log in at all
I can see some stuff in the community section but when i try to log in it gets stuck on the loading screen then says login failed non stop. Would be nice to be able to interact with other users.
