So much hope
I got free version and I liked it. I finally decided to spend the almost 200 to purchase the full capability of the app and it seems to work for about an hour before never opening again. All started after registration. Did all the trouble shooting steps and even hard reset of phone and nothing. App will not open or should I say fully open. It tries but immediately closes. Very disappointing as I really wanted to use it. So I requested refund the day I purchased. Can’t even use the free one anymore. Just refuses to open.

目前 App 一開就閃退，無法載入音樂。我已嘗試強制關閉、重啟、刪除重裝、恢復購買、開齊所有權限，但問題完全一樣。
呢個係 iOS 26 兼容問題 — App 好耐冇更新，已經 完全唔支援 iOS 26.x，大量用戶都遇到同樣閃退情況。
懇請官方 盡快推出 iOS 26 兼容更新，等付費用戶可以正常使用。多謝！

App crashes immediately when opening.
Was using the free version. Went to purchase the paid version and the app started crashing immediately upon opening. Deleted, reinstalled. App does not open.

iphone 16 pro. The app doesn't work. I decided to test it before buying. When I add a song through the library, nothing happens; it shows a blank page. I don't understand what the Shared Library is, and there's no mention of adding directories in the settings. When I add a song through Apple Music, the app completely closes and crashes. It's a good thing I didn't pay right away. Before starting, there's a warning about possible issues in test mode, but I didn't know what serious issues were that would prevent me from even slightly trying out the features and making a purchase decision.

6 years old. Out of date
So much has happened in the six years since the last update of this app. I tried it this morning and couldn’t even get as far as to log in to my account to restore my former purchases. We really need some good mastering options for IOS, but unfortunately, this isn’t it anymore.
Unusable.
That’s all I can say about it, I can’t use it because it crashes as soon as I try to use it.

It asks me to register every time I open the app going through the process of putting in the username and serial number and then crashes as soon as I try to import a song. I have never been able to load a song so this app is completely broken and useless. Multiple users in the review section are saying the same thing going back a year or more. The developer needs to fix this app. I would expect more from IK especially at this price point.

Sounds really good with some caveats
I really like how this sounds and I will say, the better your mix is, the better the master. I like what this app does to the sound. I do wish there was a little more visual representation like a gonometer, multimeter, or even just a LUFs meter. It would provide some assurance that the levels are where they need to be without having to export the file to a DAW and checking it there. OR just make it an AUV3 so we can do metering in the DAW.

I know IK is better than this!
I’m a big fan and daily user of IK’s plugins. I have T-Racks, Amplitube, Sampletank, etc… I own the Lurssen Mastering Console plugin that is supposed to give a app version and it just won’t work correctly! Maybe I’m not the smartest donut in the box but I’ve registered this app at least 10 times and it still will ask me to purchase it randomly! Like it would fry my socks if it’s this difficult to keep an app authorized on a mobile device especially Apple at that. Just make it make sense for me somehow… Did I go wrong somewhere?

Play backs once or twice , then skips audio with glitch
God knows what happened to this app, songs all play back fine once or twice then jump randomly around/glitching while playing the song in question.
Come on IK multimedia either fix the bugs or update the app or at least just take it down so others don’t waste money on this.

llevo 15 años grabando en analógico y esta app es el único máster que me entrega el volumen deseado al convertirlo a digital y sin perder la naturalidad. ya probé varios en logic y protools y también van bien , pero que hay mas cómodo que tener la misma calidad en el iphone?. si alguien opina que es muy caro ,creo que no conoce los precios de un buen master. no debes comprarla como una app mas. esta app es una herramienta muy profesional y precisa.
