I like the app but your Detroit sounds does not download all the stops towards the reset the app I would love get those please fix it

After using the app once or twice on iOS mobile it refuses to load and ask you to contact manufacturer or an update complete waste of my money
Wont download
Wont fully download gets all the way the end and that’s it wont open in any daw or anything can we figure out what the problem is here please and thank u
Don’t purchase
I purchased and only got a smidge of what I purchased. They have an automatic response on email and social media so either don’t care or don’t check emails social media and etc. t
They have everything running properly to take your money but not keep server up and running so u can play with what you purchased. At this point I just want money back because if you can’t support your customers that are paying you then I cannot support you. Don’t matter how good your product is , which I don’t know because everything is all janky. Hopefully this will get their attention before I have to start posting everywhere related to music. Come on guys fix the problem. Not cool to just take people’s money and not even have a working server or product
