Fix your site and give refund unless your that hard up on whatever. I have tried talking to someone for going on three weeks straight

Used to be a very good app now can't even access my account website is down no return emails no reply no response nothing thousands of samples gone...
I just got dozens of songs left without the use of this plug-in ridiculous.
I always thought the system of subscription/logging in was a disgusting idea now they've proved me right complete and utter trash

Not Sure What’s Going on….. Horrible
Pretty good plugin when it works I purchased it a year or so ago and it worked fine. Redownloaded it and none of the samples will download I get an error and a crash every time I try to use it. What’s the issue?
Each app is the most annoying thing ever
I’d rather choose to leave the earth rather than buying soundware products
Misleading
I don’t have anything to say about the app itself because I didn’t use it. Even though it’s free to download from the app store, clicking on sign up takes you to a page to pay $10 for the service. Is it worth it? Maybe. Is it misleading and at least a little wrong to not charge until after downloading? Yes.
