After using the app once or twice on iOS mobile it refuses to load and ask you to contact manufacturer or an update complete waste of my money

Don’t purchase
I purchased and only got a smidge of what I purchased. They have an automatic response on email and social media so either don’t care or don’t check emails social media and etc. t
They have everything running properly to take your money but not keep server up and running so u can play with what you purchased. At this point I just want money back because if you can’t support your customers that are paying you then I cannot support you. Don’t matter how good your product is , which I don’t know because everything is all janky. Hopefully this will get their attention before I have to start posting everywhere related to music. Come on guys fix the problem. Not cool to just take people’s money and not even have a working server or product

It’s Great, But…
I really like this. This is an awesome app, and the sounds are great too. But there is only ONE problem. This is usable for GarageBand, right? Well, every time I open this in GarageBand, it doesn’t work. I keep doing it and doing it, but it keeps telling me to either reload or disable. So if you could fix this problem, that would be great. This is still a great app and it has quite the potential. :)

Too unstable
Wanted to like this app after seeing a recent demo.
Good point, it installed fine.
However, on opening it goes straight into the download sounds screen with no options. Every time the download reaches 99.9%, it crashes, and no amount of retries works. Deleted!

Poor app
I bought this in good faith and it keeps giving me log in issue saying I’m using wrong password

Unstable in Logic Pro
Keeps crashing. First inside host application, and now in stand alone mode. Don’t waste your time .

Non Starter
Not actually sure how Octane performs because I didn’t get that far but any app that makes you register first is a complete non starter.

BAY AREA STAND UP!
Really great app! I believe all products so far are beyond reasonable in affordability and deserve way more recognition. The amount of service this app provides for iOS, outside of it’s Standalone applications for computers, is beyond beneficial. This is my only source I use outside of the major 🥭 product from Imageline. Soundware has really been representing the community well! Esp to be putting themselves into a game where there’s already elite status for some others In said lane!

No longer working with any mobile DAWs
New update works with DAWs again but can’t DL new sounds even if purchased.
Awesome app with awesome support!
I like using different romplers but I just love the amount of different sounds and ways to edit and enhance them through the interface options and effects!
But best of all..I noticed the app was having an issue, contacted the support team and they responded and had an update already in line to fix the problem! Great customer service always gets 5 stars from me!
