Lutz Tree Co

Lutz Tree Co is the app for our tree-care customers. Your properties, your recurring care, the estimates we have sent you, and a private thread with the person looking after your account — all in one place, instead of a voicemail and a paper quote. FOR CUSTOMERS • Create an account with your email and a password, or use Sign in with Apple • Tell us the property you would like us to look after • Ask us to come and look at your trees, and add up to five photos so we can see what you see • Follow that request from the moment we receive it to the day the work is booked • Read an estimate we have sent you line by line, and approve it with your name when you are ready • Follow your recurring care: what we look after, how often, and when the next visit is booked • See the payments we have recorded on your account • Ask us to pause, resume, or cancel a plan, move the next visit, or change how you pay • Message your Lutz Tree Co sales rep privately, with photos, videos, and files • Keep your name, phone, and profile photo up to date, and unlock the app with Face ID WHO WRITES AN ESTIMATE We do. A Lutz Tree Co sales rep looks at the work and sends you the estimate, with the line items and the total spelled out. Nothing in the app lets you set a price or change one, and a request for an estimate is a request — never a quote. Everything you ask for on a plan goes to our office for an answer, and nothing on your account changes until we answer it. PAYMENTS The app does not process payments, subscriptions, or purchases, and there is nothing to buy in it. Money is exchanged outside the app. Our staff record a payment by hand once it has arrived, and you see those records read-only. WHAT WE DO Pruning and canopy cleaning, tree elevation, small and large tree removals, and hedge clearance and removals, for homes and communities around Lutz and northwest Tampa. Scheduled work, booked in advance. FOR AUTHORIZED STAFF Lutz Tree Co staff sign in to the same app with their work account, and run the day from it: the requests customers send, the estimates that go back out, the service changes customers ask for, customer and crew messages, and the map of work across the territory. The app follows your iPhone's appearance by default and also supports Light and Dark modes.
