Lutz Tree Co is the app for our tree-care customers and for our own team. A customer keeps their tree work in one place, and authorized staff run the workday from the same app. FOR CUSTOMERS • Create an account with your email and a password, or use Sign in with Apple • Tell us the property you would like us to look after • Ask us to come and look at your trees, and see where that request stands • Read an estimate line by line and approve it when you are ready • Follow your recurring care: what we look after, how often, and when the next visit is booked • See the payments we have recorded on your account • Ask us to pause, resume, or cancel a plan, move a visit, or change how you pay • Message your Lutz Tree Co sales rep privately, with photos, videos, and files FOR AUTHORIZED STAFF • Work estimate requests and leads from first contact through to the answer • Keep the client roster and each customer's portal access • Send estimates, and see what a customer has approved • Answer the service changes customers ask for on their plans • Reply to customer threads and coordinate the crew privately • Map flyer drops and completed work across the territory • Manage devices, administrators, and company settings PAYMENTS The app does not process payments, subscriptions, or purchases, and there is nothing to buy in it. Money is exchanged outside the app. Staff record a payment by hand only after it has been received, and a customer sees those records read-only. The app follows your iPhone's appearance by default and also supports Light and Dark modes.
