MindQuay is a quiet harbor for a busy mind, designed for both iPhone and iPad. When thoughts keep circling, MindQuay gives them somewhere to go. Dock one thought or many, then choose what each one needs: release it to the water, carry it to tomorrow, or turn it into action. Choose one light with the Beacon. Set your sail toward a direction worth keeping in view, shape a practical next move, and return gently whenever attention wanders. Six short video guides help new users learn the full practice one day at a time. In the morning, meet only what you chose to carry. Draw from a quiet library of readings, use a cyclic-sigh or 4-7-8 breathing pacer, and follow inhale and exhale with synchronized haptics. The Mirror shows the shape of your practice over time: what you released, what you handled, and the rhythm of days tended. On compatible Apple Intelligence devices, you can choose a deeper reflection powered by Apple Intelligence. It runs on-device, is clearly labeled, and can be rated, deleted, or turned off.
