No multiple users
Can’t use multiple users which is pretty annoying

First of all my app is updated to the latest version and my smart scale successfully connects to my phone so no issues but the smart scale works correctly when I manually search for a food and use Smart Scale Sync. However, with most foods I scan by barcode, the macros update correctly but the serving size stays at 0. When I try to save, I get an error saying the food weight must be greater than 0. I then have to manually enter the weight. This used to work correctly, so hopefully it can be fixed in a future update thank you again.

I was scammed with a one-year subscription.
I bought an annual subscription for $43.49 and, five minutes later, it's asking me to buy it again because the previous one has expired. I want a refund.

Ultrean smart ai food scale
It worked well initially until App food library is not showing up anymore. This renders the scale useless and unable to quantify macro and calorie counting😔
