Week 1 of Face Yoga
Trying face yoga for the first time. No results yet but working on consistency. Today’s exercise did feel relaxing in the eyes and forehead area. I am excited to see and feel the results when I complete the program and adopt it as a lifestyle.

I look forward to the daily movements and relaxation it brings to start the day. Movements are clearly demonstrated and refreshing. Great way to start the day. I do it after morning skin care. It’s been a few months now and I’m never tired of it. Great variety of exercises that are enjoyable and refreshing.

The app automatically renewed without any notification. It’s quite expensive for a monthly fee. A 30% discount does not make any happier about poor communication.

ピッコマアプリ内の広告動画を見てダウンロードし、907円の1週間のトライアルを購入しましたが、明確な意思確認もないまま、1ヵ月8926円のサブスクに自動的に切り替わりカード請求されました。詐欺です。
1、トライアルで使ってみて、内容はそれらしいマッサージなどありましたが、自分が普段からやっている事と大きく変わらず、わざわざ課金してやるほどの内容ではない。
2、トライアルからの明確な意思確認もないまま勝手に継続切り替えされた。時差が考慮されておらず、日本時間に合わせた期間のカウントになっていない。
3、高額なサブスク費なのに、領収書の発行もなし。アプリから自分の契約、支払い状況、明細の確認ができない
4、サポートはAIが対応で、自分たちを正当化する決まりきった文言しか返ってこない。日本の消費者センターに連絡すると言ったところ30%だけの返金と残り1ヵ月はそのままサービスが使えると言う説明だったのに、そのやりとりが終わった後アプリが使えなくなった。これも詐欺。
とにかくこのアプリには絶対関わってはいけません。時間とお金の無駄になります。

It feels a little awkward at first, but I feel really good after following along and finishing each exercise. I am sure the more videos I do the easier it will become. I’m working on being consistent!

Luvly yoga site is scam to steal money
I am spending a small fortune monthly on this ap and cannot find a place to cancel it. It may have good exercises, but it a money scam stealing your money indefinitely
Deceptive billing
Thought it was $25 for one month. They renewed the next month at over $100.
Lips and cheeks
The exercises for the lips and cheeks are helpful. I have so many lines around my mouth, and I’m sure it’s from clenching these muscles while I work and workout. I would love to know quick tips I can do to keep targeting these lines throughout the day.
