I love this app and the best thing is that it is actually free. There are some things in the app that can be paid for but it’s only by choice. This app can be used without having anything that has to be bought so it’s up to the individual using it if they want to purchase more things in it. I can say it’s actually the best free app for face yoga that I have ran across.

Exercises are fun to do
Very easy to follow. I am on my 3rd day and haven’t seen results of course but the exercises ar super fun to do! The fact that the virtual instructor each exercise along is very helpful.
