This was recommended by my niece. It makes my face FEEL so much better after the gentle massage. It feels like I just went to a spa. Nice self care app!

The app keeps me being consistent. It is only a month and I have no visible improvement yet, but my skin feels tighter, toned, less blackheads. Some bugs they should fix though, can’t see recipes and meal plans content

My experience with Luvly has been absolutely terrible. I signed up for a free trial in 2024 but never used it. I couldn’t cancel it. I’ve emailed them in numerous occasions to ask how to cancel the subscription. I’ve never received a reply. It is not in my apple subscriptions and also when I go to the website I can’t cancel. When I click the link saying “cancel anytime here” in the original email, it doesn’t connect to anything. They have deducted £41 from my account for 2 years and finally my card expired. Now they can’t take more money but I still can’t cancel it. I am disgusted with it. How do I even go about requesting a refund when they don’t reply to messages. I can’t update my payment infor for the apps I do actually want as I’m sure they will start taking money again. I hope I can prevent someone else loosing a lot of money for nothing.
