AI try-on doesn't work
I have tried the try-on multiple times after following the steps, but this does not work.
First time customer
My first wig I bought multiple. I really love the texture of my wig. The sizing was a little confusing and I purchased a medium instead of a small. They have a really weird smell that I could never get rid of.. I ended up with five or six love me wigs. in the advertisement they make it look like you can’t see the lace at all. You can see my lace that’s very frustrating and how they make it look like it’s tight to your head and it stays that wasn’t the case for me but the hair is nice. I am gonna purchase one more week and size small and see how that works for me.
Now their cells I feel like it’s deceiving they advertise a $39 wig well when you click on that $39 wig it’s a different price.

Braids are not braided correctly. They are twisting not lying down
Update on April 15 2026
Please revert back to previous version of this app. I use the app daily and cannot function with it like this. Primarily, unable to view coupon code product list when clicking on a coupon code. Overall ease of use is impaired as well as losing the elegant look that Luvme is known for. I will be using web browser until corrected.

What is going on with the app? I deleted it and redownloaded it and it’s still not opening. Just stays on the purple screen. Help!

I’ve been using this app for a while. I’ve purchased through it and the wigs were good. However there are a lot of issues with the UI. A lot of times it will glitch or go blank. Lately I haven’t even been able to open the app. It shows the opening screen and that’s it. It’s frustrating definitely since you can’t trust the websites…

Recent review
So I noticed there was no recent review so I felt the need to give mine. The app is good, only problem is…it logs you out like every single time you close it. And it’s really annoying and irritating. And the layout is always glitching. It works good but it’s SO slow. Like god who made this app. Other than that it’s good but please fix the logging out (I can’t bear it)

Good hair
I have 4 wigs 2 head ban wigs and 2 glueless wig I love them. They are soft b long no shedding easy to manage. I work 12 hour shifts I don’t like glue so I put on and go

The app was great until weeks ago now I can't sign in to my account. It will only let me create a new account? Why have you done this?
waste of money.
the extra star was because they were really nice , but the wig is entirely too small and looks a mess on. i wasted $200 of my money for a wig that i can’t return. if you have thick hair or locs , don’t recommend buying.

Bout 3 wigs that were supposed to b lace n I got it w the bundle deal n they gone send me 3 synthetic wigs n I can’t get a hold of customer support to return them

I’ve been off love me hair for over 4 years they do not stand true to community guidelines. There is no outreach when you have issues, they do not stand by the point system. They don’t care about customer concerns they will send you to a site with your concern that’s all in foreign writing. I have reached out to them twice and as I stated once before, I’ve been with this company for a long time and something has changed unfortunately, I have to give this a one star rating, due to the fact that my opinions of my concerns, and my money isn’t going to the right place

Terrible hair
I have purchased multiple wigs after seeing all those good reviews & tbh the wigs that I got were terrible!!! They are not full, caps are very small, hair is bad quality.

I absolutely love my units. I have 3 so far and I can’t wait until I purchase another. The delivery was quick and the hair quality is excellent. I dyed 2 of them blue black with no problems at all and they came out perfect❣️

Not Consistent
This app is not consistent at all. I opened up the app hoping to see what new deals or products are available. The page is completely blank. The only thing that came up was the website logo. This is the worst app. I have purchased from LuvmeHair and I was very satisfied with my purchase. Can’t say the same for the app.

Doesn’t work. & when it did work, it was slow and lagged. I can’t even get past the initial screen that says LuvmeHair.
