They have not looked into the last week that I purchased before the April purchase they have not offered to give me a credit for it. They did not try to locate it. Otherwise the wigs are very good. They’re nice quality, but I’m not happy. the fact, this is that I’ve lost out in a wig and almost $200 for the same wig I’ve ordered twice before and fourth third time that’s how much I love it so that’s the only reason why they got a rating of two with me. If they corrects you, I’m pretty sure that their rent will go up with me but as it stands right now, I’ve lost out in $200 and a wig that I do love but did not get now I’ve ordered two more the other thing I don’t like is when you go to look at the wig and you say it’s a $99 sale and you purchased now you can’t hit the 7 x 5 and when you go to hit the length it jumps from $99-$150 the price changing and fluctuating like that when you’re guaranteeing something it’s not cool
