Horrible
I used my phone that no one has the number of to place my order and now I’m getting weird text messages from random number saying that my loan has been approved. I have not given this number to anyone but this app clearly it’s because of them. Additionally it’s extremely impossible to cancel receiving emails from. The hair I received was extremely flat and you can’t leave a real review inside the app it won’t let you submit it. Deleting the account is a nightmare. Never buying from here again.

I downloaded the app because unice said the price would drop and it didn’t. I do like the hair with this company it initially looks bomb. The Burmese curl looks bomb but sheds bad it’s worth a few wears tho. Hopefully this repurchase I just made will last longer.

I ordered human hair from this platform and received fluffy synthetic hair that literally sheds so poorly. I tried to contact UNice using the phone numbers on their platforms and none of them were answered. In app chat support has not been responded to in 7+ hours. Their phone numbers are registered as not existing, email accounts are bouncing as domain not existing. Apple should remove them from the App Store because what an incredible scam!

I love this wig! However, it thinned out and lost it’s length after 6 weeks. started off as 24 inch… Ended up 20 inch. I’m ordering 28 inch this time!!

They have not looked into the last week that I purchased before the April purchase they have not offered to give me a credit for it. They did not try to locate it. Otherwise the wigs are very good. They’re nice quality, but I’m not happy. the fact, this is that I’ve lost out in a wig and almost $200 for the same wig I’ve ordered twice before and fourth third time that’s how much I love it so that’s the only reason why they got a rating of two with me. If they corrects you, I’m pretty sure that their rent will go up with me but as it stands right now, I’ve lost out in $200 and a wig that I do love but did not get now I’ve ordered two more the other thing I don’t like is when you go to look at the wig and you say it’s a $99 sale and you purchased now you can’t hit the 7 x 5 and when you go to hit the length it jumps from $99-$150 the price changing and fluctuating like that when you’re guaranteeing something it’s not cool
