Basket Expired
As soon as I try to book I get the message “Basket Expired”. This app can not be used to book at all. I am uninstalling and use a different company.

При покупке билета через приложение: деньги списаны - билета нет. Нигде нет даже упоминания о покупке, все мои банковские выписки не помогли мне вернуть деньги.
This LuxExpress app has a bug and need to be fixed
I have been trying many times to book tickets from Tallinn to Riga and Riga to Vilnius with different dates. Whenever I clicked the prices shown (before I could choose the seat), I kept getting the massage saying “The basket has expired ! Go to search”. I will not give this app a 5-star review until LuxExpress fixes the issue.

Your Basket Has Expired!
I wish this app worked. No matter what bus route I choose before I get a chance to choose a seat it says “Your Basket Has Expired - Go to search”. It is a shame because it would be a very useful app if it didn’t put you into an endless loop.

Что за криворукий имбецил делал приложение? Нельзя изменить или доьавить ничего в билете, так как кнопка "Закрыть" загораживает этот функционал!

Ужас !никрму не советую ?если ты обратился к обслуживающему персоналу не первый ,то ты виноват !высадивают и не возвращают деньги за оплаченный билет !ещдить проходится из-за того что нету альтернативы!никому не советую!нсли есть возможность ездите на других перевозчиках!
Unable to purchase anything
It simply doesn’t work. Right after choosing ticket new window is opening for choosing the sit and message - your basket is expired. I tried many times with no result.
Errors
Was trying to book three tickets in app but could not get past passenger details step as app kept erroring. All fields were filled in with valid info. Eventually had to book through the website, which to my surprise did not accept UK credit cards. Luckily they had an option of paying via Wise so I could buy the tix eventually.

Horrible App
This app doesn’t work. I bought a few tickets there, and later decided to refund one ticket and exchange for another one. I did the refund, received an email that the ticket wad refunded but could still see it on the app.
I called the customer service and found out that ALL my tickets were cancelled, not just the single one.
Had I not called, I wouldve ended up boarding a bus without a valid ticket…
Furthermore, the app is plagued by bugs.
I really wanted to try out their service, bit the uncertaintly behind the app forced me to opt for FlixBus instead, which has a horrible service but at least their app works!

It works fine
I use this app quite often and it works fine. However, I think it’s missing a feature for allowing customers to import tickets into their account. In fact, I purchased a ticket without being logged in and there is no way to import this ticket into my account trip history.
