If you give your customers the option to change provider when u logout that what it should mean instead of misleading them and thinking they disconnect from the other party it should work like it’s required to work on all platforms without no issues at all need to bring back so player

Waste of Everything

Ever since using lux player it has consistently gotten worse and their customer service is uninformed and unhelpful. They only ever try to sell Amazon Fire sticks as the solution. Live programs skip or have 10-15 second rewinds randomly, constant playback errors, most of the time won’t even load live programs or movies, and most of the time it has a pixelated picture. When you reach out for help they always say technicians know about the problems but they never fix anything. Just a scam!

Not the best, not the worst

It’s not the best app. Randomly stops working. Sometimes the channel is wrong. Hard to search. Mediocre at best. Will be deleting the app.
