If you give your customers the option to change provider when u logout that what it should mean instead of misleading them and thinking they disconnect from the other party it should work like it’s required to work on all platforms without no issues at all need to bring back so player

Waste of Everything
Ever since using lux player it has consistently gotten worse and their customer service is uninformed and unhelpful. They only ever try to sell Amazon Fire sticks as the solution. Live programs skip or have 10-15 second rewinds randomly, constant playback errors, most of the time won’t even load live programs or movies, and most of the time it has a pixelated picture. When you reach out for help they always say technicians know about the problems but they never fix anything. Just a scam!

Too many glitches when using it on Apple TV streaming device
Not the best, not the worst
It’s not the best app. Randomly stops working. Sometimes the channel is wrong. Hard to search. Mediocre at best. Will be deleting the app.

Why did Lux stop working with Apple TV? It works just fine on my iPhone but not on my 3 Apple TVs. The Home Screen freezes and causes the whole app to freeze. Sometimes I’m lucky enough to get to live TV, which works fine.
New App Update
Since the new update, I am unable to watch anything and it’s keep buffering. I contacted support and I was advised that they will contact their tech guy and he will work on the issue.
Why change?
The old app was better. Now I don’t see anywhere on this to catchup on a show. And the navigation is so messy. Bad decision

Way better and convenient
This app is under rated by the other reviews. It’s great. The bad reviews are people that simply just don’t know what to to and how to operate it. All my channel work and they are closer to actual”live tv” times. ( not 2 minutes behind like SoPlayer is) better for people who “live bet” too
No way to use this app
Downloaded the app and asked for a username and password. There is no way to get one.
Signing in
Cannot get past the sign in page as there is no option to register or reset password.
Need help reset password
Can anyone help me so I can reset my password I have emailed them and haven’t got a response sent a couple emails ..is it another way that I can do it and if so can you help me walk me thru it

Best service available. Even mirroring is flawless my Samsung TV allows the app to be downloaded. Unfortunately, my new Vizio TV does not but the mirroring is flawless once again no complaints thank you very much for the service.
The search bar
The search bar is gone on the app so I can’t search for movies that I could mirror to my TV any longer. Very frustrating to have to look through every single movie just to find the one that I’m looking for please fix. I love the app

Very frustrating that app video wont mirror in landscape, plz fix and will change review to 5stars.. a lot of us rely on mirroring the image and cant do that with this app since it will only mirror portrait mode smh
