This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon. 1. The name of Media Port when adding the device is modified is App Port; 2. Add the function that supports saving app video video to mobile photo album; 3. When the alarm is pushed, the channel name of the device should be displayed instead of the channel number; 4. Add the function of replaying the video at the time of the event after clicking the push information.

Cannot connect my phone to system

When the system was new the tech connected our mobile devices to the LUX Pro View system. For some reason my iPhone got disconnected and now I cannot get the system to link to my phone. I deleted and reinstalled the app several times with no luck. Don’t like LUX system!

Slow

Takes way too long to view the cameras. I have this problem daily and today specifically I can’t get two of my cameras to load at all. Very very slow. This needs to be fixed!

Loading time is horrible

Takes for ever to load. By the time I’m able to see my cameras the person will have already left
