Cannot connect my phone to system
When the system was new the tech connected our mobile devices to the LUX Pro View system. For some reason my iPhone got disconnected and now I cannot get the system to link to my phone. I deleted and reinstalled the app several times with no luck. Don’t like LUX system!
Slow
Takes way too long to view the cameras. I have this problem daily and today specifically I can’t get two of my cameras to load at all. Very very slow. This needs to be fixed!
Loading time is horrible
Takes for ever to load. By the time I’m able to see my cameras the person will have already left

Fix the Alert delay!
This app would be great if not for the fact that the camera fails to load in a timely manner when opened from a push notification. A motion alert is clearly the most important time that I need to be able to see my camera. Please fix this issue!
BAD BAD APP
Ive had the camera system for almost two years and this app is far the worst!! App crashes and super slow! I thought that by now they would FIX it but nope! If i would of known i would never got these cameras.

Super slow
App is slow and I have to shut down the app at least once before it starts to work. What I don’t understand is with the same complaints by everyone else they are not doing anything about it. We bought the camera set and the are nice but until they are installed and you try it there is no way to know

Inconsistent... takes forever to connect!
Very disappointed in Lux Pro!
This app has very erratic and SUPER SLOW connectivity... It can often take as many as 10+ attempts before connecting... yet other times it connects almost immediately. I’ve had my system for over 6 months, and hoped the manufacturer would have resolved this issue by now. There are many reviews of how poorly this system performs that have been posted for months! I question if the people at Lux Pro even looked at those... or care... or know how to resolve the problems! I did not personally chose this system, my installer did. If I’d known it was going to perform this poorly I never would have bought it!

Worst app EVER!!!
I’ve had my cameras for less than a month now, and every time I get a notification telling me the camera was triggered I immediately check the app. SUPER SLOW connectivity. It buffers forever, and sometimes the image doesn’t even load. I’ve gotten so frustrated with this app that 99% of the time I don’t even check anymore. That’s sad! I have a brand new security system that I can’t even access. (Where is the “ZERO” stars because one star is way too much!

Frustrating App
If you have security cameras, you of course want good quality cameras and an app that loads the cameras quickly especially if you hear something in your yard at 3 am. This app does not load the cameras quickly. It is super slow. I have to close and restart the app sometimes several times to get it to work. VERY frustrating!!

Fix the video not loading issue.
Good when it works how it’s supposed to. Video won’t load unless you close out the app and re-open.
Lux pro
App works great. Haven’t any issue except for the image setting. It default to substream . Tried changing it to mainstream for better image but it will not save. Always default back to substream. Pretty annoying. Please fix this issue
