Dreadful app. Won’t open properly. Shuts down when you try to navigate and keeps asking me to verify my credentials but doesn’t say how. I’ve lost a flight because it shut down on me when I was almost finished and then I couldn’t get back in.

This is such a bad app, lagging behind the likes of Ryanair or EasyJet by miles.
It is so cumbersome to book a flight through it: It doesn’t remember credit card details and my autofill doesn’t work with the app. It doesn’t remember fellow travellers. The whole UX is clunky and not designed for mobile.
Even if you are logged in, it doesn’t remember your flight, so you need to have your booking reference handy.
Why would someone release this as an official app?

I tried to book several times, but unsuccessful
The application at the end, while payment gives an error and exit. I tried immediately the second time, the price became higher and it gave me at the end the same error.

Boarding pass not working
Please fix the app. 1. When i am adding the boarding pass to the wallet it is not working 2. The sms ypu send for boarding pass is. Ot working. Is anyone doing UAT for this app?
Doesn’t remember user credentials
Forever need to reset password and then even when in does not remember passport id and frequent flyer details properly.

Hilariously bad
Times out very quickly and doesn’t remember bookings you’re halfway through... doesn’t copy saved passport info over onto the booking page. Very clunky, laughably slow, and when you get to the payment stage it fails to recognise valid credit card details. In a word, cr@p...
Zero Stars if possible
Most dysfunctional application I’ve ever used and by far the worst airline app in history. Nothing works, nothing is remembered and I only fly every week with Lux, (sadly I might add!).

Bug at Login
I get an ORA-20027 Login Failed message.
Personal data breach on group bookings
When trying to check in using a group booking reference or even individual e-ticket numbers issued to passengers on the same group booking, everyone in a group booking can see the confidential personal data like date of birth, passport number, etc of other passengers in the group when checkin in using this app.

This is a pretty bad application. Not only it is slow but it also does not remember your passport or id card number . You also need to enter each time the expiration date of your documents . You need to find your flight using the booking reference even if you are registered with them . At the end we are miles away of an app like the one BA is doing. Its new but feels like 10 years behind anybody else
