Takes several days for withdrawals abd must have minimum $50. Deposits on the other hand are exceptionally fast and as low as $10. Massive payouts if you opt in for the promotions because a 30x wager is required for anything you receive. I’ve had tiny wins with out opting in for the promotions. My first withdrawal i was told I’d receive it in 72 hours however you must wait 48 hours for the fraud department approves your winnings. Then you have to wait to see if you’ll be on the next “batch” noon Australia time. Withdrawal on Monday only or it’s the better part of a week. Hope this helps.

Once you deposit, you have to play through your own money before you can wager with the bonus. Even then, you cant withdraw your own money. They hold it hostage. Chat support is AI and is a waste of time. I have reported them to IGaming Ontario too.

Horrible
I played and put so much money in and it kept automatically adding bonuses to my deposit so when I actually won something on a game it wouldn’t let me cash out. I spoke to customer service and they said I had to add $324 more dollars in order to cash out!! Nope never again!!
