Takes several days for withdrawals abd must have minimum $50. Deposits on the other hand are exceptionally fast and as low as $10. Massive payouts if you opt in for the promotions because a 30x wager is required for anything you receive. I’ve had tiny wins with out opting in for the promotions. My first withdrawal i was told I’d receive it in 72 hours however you must wait 48 hours for the fraud department approves your winnings. Then you have to wait to see if you’ll be on the next “batch” noon Australia time. Withdrawal on Monday only or it’s the better part of a week. Hope this helps.

Once you deposit, you have to play through your own money before you can wager with the bonus. Even then, you cant withdraw your own money. They hold it hostage. Chat support is AI and is a waste of time. I have reported them to IGaming Ontario too.

I played and put so much money in and it kept automatically adding bonuses to my deposit so when I actually won something on a game it wouldn’t let me cash out. I spoke to customer service and they said I had to add $324 more dollars in order to cash out!! Nope never again!!
Pretty bad casino in my opinion
To start, they force you into a sign in bonus with wager requirements (or they made it very difficult to decline it). Bonuses feel very rare and unfair. Finally, whenever you withdraw, they hold it for 2 business days which is bad enough. On top of that they constantly annoy you with the ability to reverse your withdrawal so you just dump it back into the casino. Having to wait at least 2 days for a withdrawal in 2026 is disgusting and this casino would benefit by removing that “feature”

It takes up to a week to withdraw. Every other casino is an instant payout. So when I win here and withdraw I don’t play until my withdraw is paid so at least a week. Seems like a stupid business model when it’s their choice to drag out payment
Worst casino app
I won some money but then lost it all very fast. The game was glitching and restarted. Then you know when you have those things at the top that get bigger to unlock a feature for example the phoenix eggs or chili peppers? Well they changed sizes and got smaller when the app refreshed. Then it makes you waste more money to try to get the features to unlock. When the features do unlock then you win jack all and the process starts again with spending more money to try to unlock and winning basically nothing. I went to complain to the casino but they just gave me a lot of hoops to jump through like i had to look up exactly when it happened with a tracking number. I just deleted the app thats the best way to solve the problem. There are so many casino apps.

DONT GET THIS APP
Don’t get this app. I can’t stress this enough. They always lock you in to unwanted casino bonuses so they can keep your money and you can’t withdrawal.
They don’t like to give you your money
Don’t waste your time they won’t let you take your winnings out, claiming you arent “verified” no matter how much documentation I sent them they wouldn’t let me withdraw. This was only for a few hundred dollars withdraw as well, imagine the hard time they’d give you if you won’t big.

I put in a good amount of money on my first deposit because of the the price match and 150 spins on the “become a millionaire wheel” which I win NOTHING out of 150 spins it’s a ridiculous strategy cause if you actually catch the slot that takes you to the level to try and win on that you win like .10-$1 after spinning so many times to finally get that millionaire slot and that’s all you get really, then their RIDICULOUS “best win rate guaranteed” is absolute BS, I haven’t won ANYTHING and yet I’m winning lots on Betty, Draft Kings, Fan Duel and Jackpot City so don’t get fooled that you’re guaranteed to win lots of money yes obviously some people will but I’m not buying their claim on that, and there’s at least 4 other apps that use the EXACT same system and claim the EXACT same highest win rate, there can only be one that has the highest win rate so stop lying to people

If you deposit any money and they give you bonus funds, you aren’t not able to withdraw ANYTHING even you’re OWN money that you deposited, if you have 45$ in bonus cash well then you have to spend 1350$ to withdraw your own money but hey at least they give you 45$ after you spend over a grand
