Scam & Strange Review system
I don’t understand on the basis of what this app rejects you . I am a model and have been “under review” for days … I was told my profile deserved a chance so they haven’t straight up rejected me but apparently not good enough to be accepted straight away lol. Anyways … surprise surprise if you want to skip the review you have to pay them. Moral of the story don’t let this scam of an app let define your worth . Clearly they have a fraudulent system that cares more about being money rather than the quality of the men and women using their app as they truly claim. SCAM SCAM SCAM !!!

I'm sorry to hear that your profile failed to pass the review. To ensure the quality of our community, we conduct a mandatory review of all profiles prior to acceptance. No payment is needed if you pass our 24-hour review and make the cut. And we do offer the option to skip the waitlist by purchasing a pass. However, it is entirely optional. Scammers for money

Only after paying $130 and upgrading as a Black member, can you begin interacting with members but you can only send 3 messages per day. After upgrading an additional $400 on top of the $130, can you unlock full access to the site. As a very attractive young woman seeking to start a family, I did encounter a handful of true gentleman in my 100’s of exchanges in the first few weeks but I also experience a lot of rude, abusive and perverse men that I simply blocked and moved on without complaining. I’m sure a number of these individuals were disgruntled and maybe made false complaints about ME. Out of the blue, Luxy suspends MY account for supposed term of use violation without explanation, elaboration or conversation and denies any appeal.
Although I had my account set up on auto renew, there doesn’t seem to be any mechanism to request a refund and Luxy is not offering to refund my $530. I had high hopes on meeting quality individuals on this app. The majority of which lie about their professional background and marital status, which is common for a woman to encounter online and par for the course. I regret not checking these reviews before purchasing this service from an “offshore” entity.
Too many warnings of “scam” which is just the tip of the iceberg.

To ensure the quality of our community, we conduct a mandatory review of all profiles before they are accepted. If you pass the 24-hour review and are approved, there is no payment required. And we do offer the option to skip the waitlist by purchasing a pass. However, it is entirely optional. And you can manage your subscription in the App Store at any time. Additionally, if you find someone suspicious or just not suitable for Luxy, you can tap into their profile and scroll down to the bottom to report them in the app. Our team will take a further investigation into it.
