I just updated the app for my watch. To my surprise I now have a widget on my home screen to control Sonos! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Does not work
I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times and nothing works. What’s odd is when I had the trial version it worked just fine, since I’ve paid for the app it’s been totally useless
Excellent
Although this doesn’t have the full music library integration of the official Sonos app it is still better than the official app in every way. Want a widget on your Home Screen that tells you what is playing? It’s got that. Want to change volume with your phone’s volume control? Yup that too plus a watch widget. Very well worth the money.

Almost 100% standalone for Apple Watch
This is a very very good app set up is very quick. The phone is just needed to initially set up the Apple Watch, but after that, it is a very good.

Does not work
App has never worked or installed properly no matter how many times we have tried. We have uninstalled, reinstalled, tried contacting customer support but never a response. Wasted my money.
Easy Sonos control
Lyd is awesome. It fills in the gaps of what the Sonos app is missing. Lets you control your system from your watch or the lock screen on your iPhone.
A must for Sonos users
Love this app and its Mac OS counterpart. Control your system right from your lock screen. I even have it set up on my Apple Watch.

The Perfect App for Sonos
This app is allows “now playing” display and controls on iPhone lock screen, Apple Watch, and Desktop/Laptop… all in one simple and inexpensive package. It is incredibly simple to install, and took less than a minute to both install and use.
Quite honest, at $7 for lifetime use, it’s a steal. Knowing its functionality, I would have paid 10 times the price.
I have multiple Sonos installations in different homes, and it automatically found and installed all of them!

V5 is amazing
With the recent update to V5 this app is exactly what I’m after for Sonos.
It has live activities, watch control, and even widgets. In other words it’s everything you need to manage your playback quickly with the most common needs (music controls and information) met.
Congratulations to the developer on a great app!

Must Have for Sonos Users
I love this app. It’s a must own if you have a Sonos system in your house. Controlling my music without being tied to my phone is a great luxury. Also, I may use the feature allowing me to send voice notes to individual rooms more than any other part of the app—it’s great.

I’ve used this app for the watch for about 2 years now. Well worth the purchase price. Very intuitive controls and rarely has any problems. You can change music, volume, groups, everything you could want. I really wish the Sonos app itself was this good!

Love it but Complication Lost?
Love running two different houses from my Apple Ultra 2. Been working great for a year! Suddenly though the LYD complication has disappeared from my watch face and I can’t get it back. Any tricks?

What wonderful technology this is, and it works EXACTLY as advertised, and SO simple to use!! The team behind this technology have done a wonderful job of developing something so intuitive and free of complications - it’s so simple with a great interface!
Great watch app. Gives me control while in the Pool! Needs iPhone live activities!
Love this app. I use it to control my music from the pool. Works great, reliable and simple. The only thing that would be better would be finding a way to show the currently playing music as a live activity on iPhone lock screen and in Dynamic Island!
So much easier
I’ve been using this app for over a year and is so much easier to control music and volume than the default Sonos app on your phone as you can’t use the volume buttons on your phone and have to open the app every time.
Funktioniert eigentlich ganz gut
Seid einiger Zeit, habe ich leider das Problem, das die Uhr mir anzeigt, das die kostenlose Version abgelaufen ist und ich bei kaufen soll. Wenn ich dann am iPhone bin, wird mir angezeigt das alles okay ist und das die watch verbunden ist.
Das ist ja aber nicht so. Und Zweck. Denn ich will ja mein System über die Uhr bedienen und nicht übers Handy. Habt ihr eigen Tipp?
