App needs help
This app is having glitches in airports and it even logged me out on its own. This is very frustrating to an Elite driver like me
It’s ok
My biggest complaint is how they take the passengers word over yours. Drove over five years, over 12,000 rides, and maintained a five star rating. I lose my account because of accumulation of lies from multiple passengers. Now because someone lied and despite my 5 star rating…I have to find a new way to pay my bills the day after they are due. Made great money, but it hurt that it could all be taken away and the integrity built over all that time meant nothing.
