Good with a few flaws
Good mower for rural areas - could be so much better.
This mower is a lifesaver for an old person with a hilly property. It handles most of the terrain quite well, and if GPS were built in to the unit (instead of the outdated RTK pole) it would be SO. Much. Better. I have the One Plus and I also have the Dream AWD so have a good comparison for the same property. The Dreame does ok on the country lawn and handles the terrain but the smaller blades just don’t handle the thicker country green in summer. The Dreame has GPS built in, keeps the WiFi signal well and the Bluetooth most of the time. The Lymo does the perfect mow as long as the sky is heavily clouded or as long as it doesn’t get out of range from the RTK. The Lymo app is OK on the basic settings and the most recent update says it added Split Map among other things - but I still can’t use that because apparently the firmware is out of date, so the tech is still quite buggy.
I’d say of these two machines were combined - the Lymo tank style with true blades and the Dreame connectivity tech I would have a near perfect machine. I could write so much more about both of these mowers. Overall the One Plus does the job most of the time but has its issues - as all robot mowers do. It is still a time saver and with a little management on my part is still well worth it. If I had been able to wait until the Two is released I would have but needed this badly due to a bad knee that made mowing by hand impossible. At least with this machine my home looks well cared for, and I like the One Plus but just wish the app had all the features that others do. I also wish it were gray instead of black—can’t believe how hot it gets in summer sun.
I did take the side cover off due to grass clogs and have had zero issues there since. I have had this machine now 4 months, and still very glad I got it, but also glad I got the other one as well, to see which type mower works best for my needs, I have about 4.5 acres total that need mowing all on hilly ground.

Love the app
App is great but no support
“Update: I am changing my review from 1 star to 5 for the app since they let you have so much control. They are constantly updating it and the firmware. Lymow finally replaced my mower with the plus version. I can tell it seems to drive smoother and seems to cut better. Below is my original review.” - The app is great. Lots of features. Some may not like so many features. I give a one star because my mower has no WiFi or Bluetooth connection since I got it out of storage over the winter. Support has stopped responding. Over a month and a half since I started this support case.
