Help required
The link to the side here for app support links directly to the website for the festival, not to app support. Ticketmaster requires festval attendees to have an account, use the app in order to receive the tickets, then starts with the “we think you are a bot”, so app account is suspended and tickets no long able to be used. I need this nonesense to be turned off or I need the money I spent for parking and 3 people to be fully refunded.
