When it works it’s great
I can’t seem to get this app to work half the time when I want to use it. It never gives me notifications anymore. Half the time when I open it, there’s just a black screen and it freezes. Sometimes it loads the landing page but that page is empty with a “something went wrong try again” message and load button.
I love the idea of this app. But honestly apps like Ticketmaster basically do the same thing. I just dislike how annoying Ticketmaster is.

Bandsintown is so good , it has led to so many great nights I can’t even count. I have no idea how it works so well no matter where you are in the world, but it is amazing.

Switching Locations
I like the ongoing improvements to BiT. One that I wish you’d undertake is that when you change your preferred location to search for shows, the dashboard would reflect those in that city. As it is, the venues and shows it displays on the interface remain from the prior city you searched.
Another upgrade would be to be able to have multiple cities saved as favorites. I’m pretty much equidistant between 3 major cities and would like them saveable so I could toggle between them.
